Not even sure this is true. I had some other accounts, and one I made on September 11 2021 was able to issue invites when I needed one in July 2022 (also why I was able to make this account recently, thankfully a friend never used their invite so I got to use it now when I needed it). So I think there's more rules going on than that.

Of course due to being a fucking idiot I'm locked out of all other accounts now apart from this one.
