1/2 cup cool water
1/2 cup cannabis-infused coconut oil
2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp flavored jello - cherry
1 tsp sunflower lecithin for binder
cook low heat for 15 minutes, 170 degrees F
pour mixture into gummy mold, freeze for 2 hours

For my favourite on the go breakfast recipe, I take 1/2 frozen banana, 1 tablespoon of chocolate protein powder, 1 tsp of ground coffee and 1 cup of milk. I blend them and it becomes a mocha protein shake. Alternatively, when I'm feeling super fancy, I add a tbsp nut butter or 1/3 frozen avocado and a bit of cinnamon and honey for sweetness.
