How is your quality of sleep?

It's shit and always has been. I take Zzquil though and it works wonders. I recommend it but you might feel groggy in the morning after the first couple doses.

Shit...I don't sleep, I never have and it (literally) drives me crazy.

Edit, Obviously I do, I go for about a week getting about two hours a night and then I crash out for a day.

Not the greatest because my cat continually smacks me in the face at 4AM until I wake up to let them out. I'm so used to it even my brain starts waking me up at 4

She's jet black so this is what I wake up to every night in the darkness:

Work has been stressing me out and that makes it harder to get to sleep, but once I do I sleep pretty well. On the weekends all I want to do is sleep though.

Pretty much this, but I get 4ish hours at the most, and then about once a month I get a full night's sleep, if I'm lucky.
Seriously thinking about getting some sleeping medication, since it's taking more out of me as I'm getting older

This summer it has been worse, but it's falling asleep that is the problem. I take melatonin, drops. Because it's more efficient at under 1 grams.

Aside from having trouble falling asleep in the heat, I sleep like a log.

Horrible. It's hot. I hate summer. I feel anxious all the time. At least I haven't had sleep paralysis in a few months. But I keep waking up and that's not much better.

I only go to sleep when I start getting real tired. Sometimes I will go to sleep at 9 pm. Other times i wont feel tired, pull an all-nighter, then go to sleep at 5 am and mess the hell out of my sleeping schedule.

Sleep is something that requires real discipline and i just don't have it. It often dictates how shit your day will be and how energetic you will be for the day yet so many people have such shit sleeping habits and are kind of messed up because of it. One major tip that is recommended is to get off your phone/tablet/computer or whatever an hour before you sleep.

I think sleep issues can be self-reinforcing because once a person gets used to fighting with sleep, then it becomes adversarial and trying to force it just makes it worse. Maintaining a consistent schedule seems like the tougher part, especially for people who don't have a conventional work cycle.

Another thing that will help is to use a program like flux, or if you go to your search bar in windows and type in "night light" there's a thinger in there that will let you adjust the blue light levels on your device, and you can schedule both to work automatically. Android also has a thing you can turn on and off called "comfort view" that'll do something similar, you can put it in your dropdown pane.
Half the time my screen is a pleasant shade of orange-ish, but if you want to go hard you can go down until it's all shades of crimson. It'll screw with your sleep less and give you fewer tension headaches from looking at screens.

Let it out? Let it out where? Outside for a piss? Do you not have a litter box? No way in fuck would I tolerate a pet fucking with my sleep

I live at a northern latitude, and because the days are long during summer I have taken to using a blindfold while sleeping a couple years ago, it is almost indispensable for me now.

Dixietards prolly feeling goofy for breeding slaves for aggression instead of cuteness

I just woke from a 2 hour nap and that's all i'm going to get when the neighbors are all black and spanish niggers who relentlessly play music from their cars loudly nonstop. I have ear plugs and noise-canceling headphones but they can't do much when the car is right outside my house. During those situations I have to call the police and hope the police do something for once.
