After decades of microwave-fast food diet, dust-mold inhalation in a filth and hoard ridden house, non existance of personal hygiene and abuse of "turning into a gal" chems, not much sadly. He destroyed his own body so badly, once a blood bank kicked him out.

He was kicked out because his tranny blood contained hormones in it that could fuck up a normal person, I thought. Nothing to do with his diet or health
