How soon is now?

There's a club if you'd like to go, you could meet somebody who really loves you. So you go and you stand on your own, and you leave on your own, and you go home, and you cry and you want to die.

When you say it's gonna happen now, when exactly do you mean? See, I've already waited too long, and all my hope is gone...

Now is always in the past as your ability to process information lags reality by a few milliseconds.
"Reality" and "your ability to process reality" are not the same things. While our ability to be truly cognizant of the now, in the now, is impeded or even precluded by the way our mind works, it would be incorrect to state that therefore, "the now" is always in the past. (at most, we can say that the moment our minds recognize as the now is in the past)

As to the OP, I would propose two answers:

First, "soon" indicates that the thing being described will happen at some point in the near future, beyond the now. While the precise meaning of "soon" is open-ended and dependent on context (is "soon" a minute from now? A second from now? Three hours from now?), any point in time that can be validly identified as "soon" must be, by definition, in the future.
So the question "how soon is now?" is a nonsensical one. One might as well ask "how soon is the past?", "how square is a circle?", "how female is a trans?" etc.

Second, shame on you. Morrisey is an incel and that song glorifies rape culture.
