how to access the other clickable "like" things that don't show up?

At the bottom of posts, is the clickable categories "Like" "Dislike" "autistic" "winner", etc.

I see some people rating posts as "Horrifying", "semper fidelis" or "Late", yet cannot find these options in the list at the bottom of posts. Do these and certain other options become available after a certain number of posts, or is there some other means by which to access these options that I cannot see with my own settings or whatever?

Late, off-topic, and dumb are negative ratings and become available to you as you accrue posts and likes IIRC. Semper fidelis, horrifying, deviant, and DRINK! are all Supporter/True and Honest Fan-only.
