I keep seeing headlines and IRL observing the changes I've seen my entire life.

People keep getting fatter but that's not the only thing. Sperm Counts are dropping the world over due to a variety of factors.

They also are seemingly not leveling out. So that asks the question will this be able to fix itself?

Even if the first world nations arent the fattest these skewed charts are only to our benefit. People need to see them more and feel shame for being fat and change themselves, while our enemies can grow fatter and fatter claiming undue superiority in the “not as fat by percentage” but only because they dont know how to count.

Lower tiers of medicine

People think doctors should be board certified and go to school for like 12 years and make hundreds of thousands of dollars. They think doctors are infallible when really, one of the top 5 leading causes of death in America are medical mistakes.

It’s quite simple: you have skilled surgeons at the top of the ladder, and less skilled people beneath them. Call them whatever, nurses, medics, or special acronyms we can invent. They can treat simple sniffles, bumps, bruises. They can stabilize traumatic cases, and for cases in-between, recognize signs that they should move a patient up the chain to a more experienced or more specialized doctor than them.

Basically you gotta bring doctors and “doctors” down a peg. If it’s not surgery on an exposed organ, then I don’t see what WebMD can do that a doctor can’t.

Remove the middle man between the patient and medicine as well.

I have no idea about obesity self reporting or how it was done, but that would slant the data in favor of countries where people are aware of the obesity issue. Mexico is more obese than the US at this point.
On actual real obesity scales, the US isn't even in the top ten. As of 2022 in Tonga (the fattest country) 70.5% of adults were obese; you can't compete with that mastery.

As for the overall crisis, idk how it would get solved so long as the system keeps chugging along. Already in more educated and higher income areas there's more awareness and a push towards health consciousness, but in trashier areas there's most likely going to simply be a demographic of really fat, unhealthy individuals, a large number of them are going to be on government assistance, and they will put a perpetual burden on the system while reproducing irresponsibly enough that they never actually die out, and they will pass it on to their offspring.

Companies will keep putting out processed slop, the fats will consume whatever is in front of them that makes them feel good in the moment, they will get fatter and sicker, it will cost society a ton to keep them going, and on it goes.

Through radical change in the economics and lifestyles of the country.

Which isn't going to happen so it will never be fixed.

Rate me :optimistic: but I think the train of thought that RFKJr is on is a positive first step. Look at the massive amounts of artificial synthetic ingredients the we have in our foods compared to the EU (one of the few things that they actually get right) as a prime example. Why do the Fruit Loops in the US need to be Ass-Blasted red and Fuck My Face bright blue?! The EU has theirs colored by things like beet juice and carrots extract, and we're literally eating petroleum by-products from plastic manufacturing. Its fucking horrifying to eeven hink about. Not to mention the massive corn subsidies that allows the food makers to put fucking high fructose corn syrup into everything.

Call me snobby or spoiled, but I'd rather pay a few more cents and deal with the oddities of certain foods only being permitted to be named and made properly if it's made in a cave in Switzerland by an inbred retard named Sven, than risk premature death or chronic illnesses because the goyslop makers in the US saved a few sheckels by substituting bullshit seed oils and adding BHT to keep it from going rancid.

Well the fats will have heart attacks and the one with lousy sperm won't have kids and that problem will work its self out.

Egypt is fatter than Italy
First or fourth world it really doesn't matter how processed your food is as long as your country's mindset is fucked. Putting it very briefly
  • If your traditional food is extremely fatty while also being nutritionally substandard you'll end up gorging yourself on that shit daily to make up for it.
  • If the majority of the country is cancerous urban megahives, every other street is a deadly game of frogger, the majority of the available jobs involve you sitting down and the weather is often really hot(again not helped by the urban tumor design issue) then it pushes children and adults into less active lifestyles
  • If the majority of the sports figures from your country either a bunch of stupid shit then you'll naturally be less inclined as a people to be sporty, compound that with the aforementioned poor diet and overall poor health due to a number of factors both historical and current.
  • FAT
For what it's worth I really hope JFK jr's health fever truly makes an undeniable visible difference in the US in the hope that his example is taken up by other countries. You don't have to be in a world superpower to eat nothing but harmful processed dogshit and it's a product of poor education. The "this is totally healthy for you" kind and the don't know any better kind.
