I got peanut butter on my balls. My dog keeps licking them, how do I fix this?

i was making some peanut butter jelly sandwiches for 5000 children and i stupidly went to scratch my nuts before i washed my hands. now my dog is licking down there. the only thing that’s helped is me dipping my cock and balls in kefir but it doesn’t work after 10 minutes or so. please give me suggestions or ideas on how to fix this below.
