I just sneezed, now theres a bright white pixel at the center of my screen.

Did i break my screen permanently by sneezing?
Am i such a powerful wizard despite not being 40 years old?
How do i fix this?
Do i throw the screen out of a basement window and buy a new one?
Or do i do something unthinkable, like get a paper towel and wipe the screen?
Change batteries for my smoke alarms?
Devour the gypsies?
