If users want content they can register wherever and get it. The thread is moving fine.
As to the rest of your post, im sorry your Internet isnt good enough but that isn't my problem. Perhaps your local library will be able to load the pages.
My opinion on the issue remains unchanged. Its good that nobody cares about it and so it will effect you in no way.
Unless you were expecting to be unthrottled. In which case it does matter.
I consider this settled and will be deleting future threads on this subject pending a change of circumstance.
