If clown world is bad, why are carnivals so fun? - Stop being mean to those who spread joy.

I went to a carnival yesterday and it was great fun. We went on rides, we smiled and laughed and had some nice food. It was genuinely the best day trip I have done in ages.

Why can't "clown world" be this fun? Why even call it clown world if it is extremely unenjoyable to live through.

Clowns aren't scary unless you're a child (or were molested at drag queen story hour), so why do we have to bring down the circus industry by comparing them to the political and social evils of today?

2016 made me hate clowns

I think clowns are more generally associated with circuses, not carnivals.

Edit: juggalos are clowns and they are all about the carnival so maybe I am wrong.

It's always fun to visit the circus, but you wouldn't want to live there because carnies are lecherous freaks.
