If Hitler didn't take his meds how would of WW2 ended?

He didn't take his meds. Why else would he have blown his brains out directly after getting married?

I've never heard of someone calling Dr Morell's treatment plan medicine before.
Maybe he would done something other than make autistic decisions like invading the Soviet Union for the Baku oil fields despite his quartermasters telling him it wouldn't be logistically feasible, or building giant and expensive rockets to launch at British dairy farms, or handing guns to women and children thinking the future rape victims were going to push back the allies at Berlin and let him have a conditional surrender.
