We spend all this money on vaccines for COVID or the newest health products, "healthy lifestyle", what not.
In the meantime, our ecosystem is apparently in state of constant circular ecological degradation, evenly spreading our poisons across the globe through rainwater.

Whats the point anymore?
Most of us are probably gonna die of cancer or heart disease.
If industrialization, urbanization and technology bring that, is it worth the diseases it eradicates?

I wish environmentalists focused on these kind of issues rather than CO2 levels. CO2 wont kill me. It wont kill the animals or plants either. Sure its bad, but its managable. These microplastics, are we EVER going to get rid of them?

Animals haven't. The issue is that most of the animals that actively drink rainwater

The rainwater has a forever chemical in it; and the animals that drink it, also have that chemical in them now. It increases the risk of cancers, and is not good for you overall, but most animals die fairly young - compared to us - anyway and so it doesn't really impact them all that much.
The EDC-2 paper gave a fantastic breakdown of all the shit that's been put out in the last 10 years.
We're being actively poisoned by large industrial and chemical conglomerates; and they greenwash the fuck out of it by lobbying for 'carbon emissions' and other completely worthless metrics, rather than addressing the fact that they actively ship out an industrial byproduct that causes cancer and ask you cook with it goy.

Remember when the hole in the ozone layer was going to give everyone really bad sunburn/cancer and burn up all the crops and we're already supposed to have died from starvation?

Before that we were all going to die from nuclear winter because India and Pakistan had nukes and they were definitely going to use them immediately.

Before that we were all going to die of hunger because the population was growing faster than the world's ability to feed the multitudes.

Before that we were all going to die because the Earth's magnetic poles were reversing or the bees were dying, etc.

It's just the secular version of armageddon cults. Once the world doesn't end, you just push the date forward and hope people still believe your bullshit enough to donate to your cause.

Tbf, the hole in the ozone was a thing you could actually measure and the solution was not using a specific gas. Climate Change is impossible to measure, can be used to deflect blame on basically everything and the solutions are non sensical and change every odd month.

Pretty much this. There's too much to keep track of nowdays as well. Don't know what the fuck to eat anymore to avoid the bullshit while at the same time at work I have to play pretend that carbon is what's giving me a 40% chance to get cancer and the risk of being in extreme pain after having undergone 1 year of soul-destroying chemo first.

We are all just getting worse.

Endoctrine (hormone disruptions/mutations) disorders are on the rise constantly to the point that doctors are constantly revising the "normal" or reference levels that are safe. One example is THS hormone.

Cancers are on an astronomic rise.

Autism and other developmental disorders exploded almost out of the blue and though much can be explained away with more rigorous testing it just isn't enough to account for it all.

We're just getting progressively sicker while each generation has a couple of panic-storms to deflect attention from the systemic issues and for corpos to cash in around various schemes and economic restructuring.

I think what you are getting at here in reference to the OP is “lol, calm down” which I totally agree with. Let’s even say that the worries in the OP are true. What are you going to do about it? There isnt a thing. Live your life the best you can during the time you didn’t choose to be born in. There are plenty of great things to enjoy.
