Well considering that it would be the same thing as troons where its not real and just switcheroo surgery with a side of wishful thinking, they should have to pay based on the quality of work. Just like anyone who gets plastic surgery. Having said that, the greatest black man I ever knew was transracial.

Let me put the answer in the form of a story;
Two black kids are walking down the sidewalk, one with $1 and the other with 98¢.
They come across a store that advertises: "White-Washing, we'll turn you white for 99¢"
The two black kids formulate a plan, the one with the dollar will go in become white and return with a penny to give to the other black kid so he too can turn white.
The black kid with a dollar goes in, and after a little bit comes out looking like a textbook white kid. The remaining black kid sees this and gets excited saying "That's so cool, give me the penny so I can get that done too!"
The newly white kid looks at him and flatly tells him, "Get a job, nigger."
