If you could have a superpower what would you choose

I would like to have the ability to heal any disease or wound within an hour. This would mean I would be able to regenerate from any cell that isn't separated from the body through normal body processes disregarding conservation of energy and my chromosomes and memory could also regenerate. I could clone myself by cutting off my finger but the most important part is the less obvious part. I would be able to live without sleep because this ability would heal while I was conscious so I would never need to sleep

Which realistically carries with it a measure of super-durability (how else can one lift objects much greater in weight than them without breaking something?) and super speed (super-strong legs means super-fast). You wouldn't be super-agile or invulnerable, but it'd still be pretty good.
