I'm drunk again before 10 AM

I was drunk last night. Thing is about that though is you can sleep. Being drunk in the morning is never a good sign. Are you feeling depressed man?

Honestly, focus on the self-control to not go out and buy anything if you don't trust yourself not to binge drink.

You're in the time dilation stage of boozing. I'm imagining the controls aren't responding either. You need to really slow down, chip away at your intake until you finally pass out again. In the morning you're going to want another one; live with the hangover for however long it takes. You could end up with a seizure though assuming you're a pretty heavy boozer, but that's rarer than has been described. If you're really fucked up you should go to a hospital even though they will charge you out the ass.

You might want to admit your alcoholism to your GP because there are some meds like naltrexone that can help. Also, you could cut down by one bottle, can or whatever unit of alcohol a day until you're at 1, 2 or even zero a day. You might want to take a daily multivitamin because alcoholism depletes you of vitamin B1 and that can eventually cause dementia. Be easy on your self. Keep telling yourself it's all in your control and every little accomplishment is a big step in your goal of not bingedrinking/being an alcoholic. Not going cold turkey but slowly tapering down is much safer and if you can manage this with primary care by avoiding emergencies like seizures you might save some money and a lot of stress. Substance users are not treated well in emerg.

Get a 3rd shift job; 10am would essentially be dinnertime, if you clock out at 7.

Do drugs instead.
Which ones tho? I hate weed, I really hate it.

I sleep an average of 3-4 hours daily and my "shifts" depend on how fast I get my work done no matter if its at day or night, also randomly fall sleep whenever I finally feel like it but doesn't last long, I don't even have a schedule for eating or drinking.

It's very chaotic and I have a very strong constant crave for alcohol most of the time.

Wonder how many of you can relate or shit.

Reactions: The Un-Clit
Problem drinking is usually a sign of something else wrong in your life.
  1. Have you lost your job?
  2. Have you broken up with your significant other?
  3. How much physical activity to you get in a day? A week?
  4. How's your diet?
  5. Has someone important in your life died?
  6. Do you see yourself "in a rut?"
  7. Any other recent traumas?
  8. How is your spiritual life?
Also, get help. I don't know how they're doing in these days of VirusRegime, but AA meetings are free.
