[I don't know if individuals should be in their own spoiler or not. Also, after a recent Reddit purge it's increasingly harder to find links or create archives. I'm trying to improve this. But mostly since this entire community is based in streaming, it's impossible to archive anything, unless you want me to rip videos to here?]
The IRL community are a group of YouTube/Twitch streamers who live-stream themselves and their daily activities. They make their money through donators who usually have a song or message (TTS) played on a speaker for all passers-by to hear. This often creates tense or embarrassing situations when offensive media is played. Being mostly based in the L.A. area, a constant fight for relevancy and fame creates a race-to-the-bottom where all sanity and morals are thrown out the door in favor of pure degeneracy and autism.
Certain viewer interaction became a detrimental part of the streams, such as calling in swat teams, leaving bad reviews and calling in prank calls for all surrounding businesses, and generally causing headaches for anyone involved. This led to situations like Ice Poseidon being banned from most casinos in Las Vegas after one viewer called in a bomb threat.

RV Trips
In 2018 the "RV Trips" were started, where Ice would gather a cast of characters, live-stream 24/7, and go on a multi-week road trip. These would gain up to 40k-50k viewers and would become a staple for easy money and content. Each subsequent trip has resulted in more degeneracy, like increased police presence, totally trashing the rented RVs, all the way up to rape and assault. Since the downfall of Ice RV Trips have been renewed by other streamers and the community. The latest RV trip (RV Trip 4) had ONLYUSEmeBLADE accused of raping another streamer and reported to the police.
"Andy"
Numerous steamers and characters have the "Andy" moniker. This comes from when both Andy Milkonakis (of MTV fame) and Mexican Andy were both regular characters and needed differentiating. It became a meme and now most new characters have that moniker.
Andy Milkonakis has since distanced himself from Ice & the IRL community, continuing to stream by himself on Twitch.
Reddit
Reddit was a huge part of the "success" of Ice and the wider community. Occasionally reaching /r/all and going viral on /r/livestreamfails, his subreddit (and any spin-offs) were permanently quarantined by Reddit staff. In September 2019 Reddit revised their rules further and permanently banned all communities related to Ice and the IRL community.

This is where the IRL community was born. IRL had existed before this but most of the characters in this thread (not all) originate from him.
He was permanently banned from Twitch in 2017 for encouraging swatting and being ejected from a boarding plane. He moved his career to YouTube where his content was much less restricted than Twitch's rules, it's here where he would reach new heights and scrape to new lows. Mostly filming his face or a static wall, he never mastered the art of streaming, but his constant chimpouts and violent outbursts (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) [a1, a2, a3, a4, a5] keep him increasingly relevant.
He has actual homophobia which leads people to make gay jokes around him to get a reaction. Recently it became a meme to say he was in the closet which led to him having a meltdown on stream where he proclaimed he now "understood why people exterminate gays" and potentially giving up streaming for good.
