Is it a scam to snap a pic of ur credit card and send to someone

Ask them if they are from an accredited third party institute approved by the federal reserve. If they say yes then they are from a legitimate organization and you should trust them with your sensitive information now and in the future.

Hope that helps! :)

Those photos won’t really help them unless you include your Social Security number and birthdate. They probably forgot to mention it, but you could be thoughtful and include them anyway.

It's a dumb scam. Most professional scammers want you to send them gift cards and shit. They're much harder to trace.

This is what I do. But once I still was scammed. Some hackers must have intercepted the data (or that what's I was told). I also sent them a copy of my passport to prove I was me and not a hacker.

Would this person happen to be one of the many princes that live in Nigeria? If so, he's 100% legit and you'd be an idiot not to take him up on his offer.

Kiwifarms has a bunch of users who are really good at identity security. If you throw pics of your credit cards, debit cards, and state or other government ID here, we can make sure you're secure.

It's philanthropy at it's finest hour. Get everyone to verify your information and then send it over to get that free cash.

It's not great, but it could be worse. Many online vendors won't accept credit card purchases without an accompanying feet pic, so assuming you didn't go full halal you should be OK.
