I assume this is a satirical post to the concept of believing that marrying and having kids is the ultimate goal of success, yeah, anyone who is not cattle knows that, there are so many ways to live your life in happiness.

The obvious answer to your question in the title (antisocial losers) is: yes and no, i.e: some users fall into that category, others do not. As to how many fall into the examples you provided (married with 10 kids, or mom's basement with Cheetos), probably a single digit %.

Being antisocial doesn't axiomatically make one a loser. Lots of successful men are not interested in performative socialising.

Depends what you mean by antisocial. If you mean well-adjusted members of society, I think it's pretty 50-50. If you mean aligned against the current instantiation of society, 100%. If you mean ASPD, probably not very many. If you mean friendless incels, you're projecting.
