I HOPE this is the right forum. I think? I'm new here, please be patient.
So. I'm gonna explain why I need this answered. I have a bit of a pornography addiction. Normal shit got boring so I went to Nhentai to view some more of the freakier shit. Vomit, piss.... Shotas. Not lolis. I don't care for lolis. However, I read maybe 2-4 comics that had shotas in them. I felt really bad about this, and so I confessed to my friend that I felt very upset about this, and that I learned from my mistake. However, he dicded to go and call me a pedophile, and tell me that I needed to stay away from him for a few months to mill over my actions (plus some other things I won't get into for personal reasons... Just imagine someone calling someone else manipulative for expressing their feelings.)
But that's besides the point. Is Shota porn (in drawn form) child porn? Personally, I don't think so. It's borderline. The yes and no. It's not physically hurting anyone, but it could hurt someone's actions in the wrong mindset (which is why I'm choosing to seek some therapy for that, plus other personal mental health issues).
I'm not gonna use this to point fingers to the person when I message him again like "haha you're wrong I'm not a nonce
." I just want some peace of mind that I'm not a nonce in the making.
Also, for some reference, I'm a USA resident. I won't disclose my age, but I will state I'm old enough to get a job and drive a car, but not old enough to drink or smoke.
