Back in the early 90's / early 2000's I remember it was mostly the hwite man but now days I'm seeing a lot more "diversity" in higher positions while the whities are put in assistant positions

My old GI was a pajeet, my new GI is a massive black body builder with a deep voice who likes to stand over you and say "nighty night" when they put you under, my primary care provider is some tiny asian lady and her assistant is a tranny, my dentist is a flaming homo with the lisp, his assistant is also equally extremely homosexual and the minute clinic I went to has a sassy black woman who don't need no man holdin' her down

Do I just have bad luck or is the medical field becoming pozzed?

I have noticed that my old GP (who happens to be a whiteman), over time, has become the head of primary care at the local hospital. It is almost as if they demand to promote excellence in his place of business, which I think is noble of them - until I speak with their billing dept.

The american education system is trash. Fixing it would require pissing off the unions and other special interest groups, and worse yet failing stupid students and dealing with the parents. Instead the US decides to subsidize the college education of smart foreigners, a good chunk of whom will stay and do the jobs Americans are too dumb to do.

There are certainly more underqualified femoids in positions of power because nurses are getting churned through shitty in and out nurse practitioner programs, and they're increasingly putting nurse practitioners in charge of shit because they cost less and there's too much shit to do to actually find qualified people to fill the positions. Plus American colleges are a joke these days.

I think the modern troon is intrinsically not mentally stable enough to get accepted into, let alone complete medical school. Personally all the troons I have encountered in real life are either in fast-food, retail or mostly unemployed. Maybe if they start lowering the acceptance standards for troons like they do for niggos and spics we'll get a few MDs but personally I can't see any profession that requires lots of hard work, dedication and mental stability to have a relatively high percentage of troons.
