It's whatever, not inherently bad.

I think it needs a stronger lineart, like thicker, and also I think they may need to work a bit more on making the animation a bit smoother (I guess by adding more in-between frames), but this is a long animation where not much action happens (it's like an interview), so depends on your time/resources/effort you want to put in for something like this.

The part where they show the "Lumi and the great big galaxy" is obviously much better. Still, I see that it can be a lot smoother, specially when they show the magic goat or whatever moving, it's way too choppy.

For example, there's a frame where that goat is literally not moving (changing anything in its drawing), yet the goat itself is being placed slightly to the right each time, that makes it look unnatural and like it's skidding on ice, which isn't good.
