Jake Weddle is a "comedian" from North Carolina, he worked with MrBeast on multiple videos. According to his website, Weddle was the head writer for MrBeast, and he even starred in several videos. He isn't exactly known for his "comedy". His real claim to fame is being the guy from the second part (A) of DogPack404's Mr. Beast series. This video was released on August 7th, 2024, and his inclusion was due to him being an ex-employee who had a "negative" experience at the company.
I Worked For MrBeast, He's A Sociopath
On August 7th, 2024, DogPack releases the second part of his MrBeast series, in which about 90% of this video is taken up of Jake Weddle's testimony of his experience working at the company.
He claims that it was in his contract that he was supposed to be the "fourth banana", but due to his disagreements with decisions on sets, he was pushed away from getting that position.
Because Jake is retarded, he demanded higher pay, or else he'll quit, and since he isn't an important person at the company they just went ahead and fired him.
This isn't a crazy thing, this is what happens when you have no leverage at a company and don't try to negotiate your pay. They might have thought they were both trying to start a union, that's what happens when you try to start a two-person union when it's not a union job and neither of you are important people at the company. They even gave them both a severance which they didn't have to do.
He claims that he got called back after leaving and that they asked him to do a challenge for a Mr. Beast video and that this challenge was dishonestly described to him.
They were going to give him 10,000 dollars every day he stayed in the challenge and 300,000 dollars if he finished this challenge.
He accepted the challenge
His complaints of the experience consist of the room smelling bad, the hot tub being too cold, and the ice cream machine being too loud.
Another one of his primary complaints was the fact that they wouldn't turn the lights off and didn't give him access to the time.
Claims that during the challenge Mr. Beast committed a war crime against him, implying that simply keeping the lights on counts as a form of sleep deprivation torture, DogPack then decides to humor this and puts up a text box stating that sleep deprivation torture is a war crime.
Sleep deprivation torture is in fact a war crime, but just simply leaving the lights on isn't torture.
He tries to blame his insomnia on the Mrbeast challenge, claiming he thinks it started there.
Jake xeeted about having sleeping problems back in 2020, this challenge took place in 2021.
It makes no sense for him to blame insomnia on the lights being turned on, the only reason is to garner sympathy from people who didn't know about these posts.
After a certain point in the challenge, Jake claims that Jimmy walked into the room with money asking him to do a challenge in which he runs on the treadmill.
Jake claims he didn't have a choice and that he couldn't say no despite this being an optional challenge as part of the main challenge that is also optional, they can't keep him there and he could have left whenever he wanted. Even if he left early he would keep the money for the days that he already finished.
Jake states that he had blisters on his feet after he ran on the treadmill for hours and that after he gets exhausted he tells the team that he wants to leave.
Despite claiming to be a socialist, he complains about having to pay taxes on the money MrBeast gave him.
If you make 110,000 in an entire year, you are in the upper half of American earners, and you will have to pay more in taxes.
This fucking guy made that amount in 11 days...
After Jake tells this story, DogPack inserts himself in post-production going over text messages that corroborate Jake's story.
I don't think that Jake lied about anything that he said, I think his crying was real and the story was completely true, and my reason is that if he was lying, then the accusations would be more damning. He didn't say anything that bad. I don't think the challenge sounds like a complete walk in the park but to act so dramatic about it makes no sense. Also, keep in mind he won 110,000 dollars for the 11 days that he was in there, and after taxes, he had 60k left.

Jake claims that he only "technically" could have left, even though he could have left whenever he wanted.
Jake claims that he has anxiety, he only brings this up to excuse why he didn't say he wanted to leave. He also uses the excuse of people who've worked at MrBeast saying he's a shitty guy so he just didn't want to talk to him.

He explains that one of the crew members came to talk to him and that they had a "psyche" check him out, and how they were trying to accommodate him as if that's a bad thing.

Jake claims that he deserves the full 300,000 for the challenge that he didn't finish because he was "honey-potted" in.
Jake doesn't like his story getting scrutinized and says that MrBeast doesn't get as much scrutiny as he should.
MrBeast has been getting heavily scrutinized for a lot, I don't know what he's talking about.

The same day that DogPack released his video that features Jake Weddle, our boy also released a video on his own channel.
Now in this video, he doesn't say much of what we don't already know from his DogPack video, however, there are a few moments of interest that are necessary to bring up. Toward the end of the video, Jake decides to call his mom, asking her to corroborate his claims.
Weddle's mother of course completely "confirms" everything Weddle says because of course she does.
However, Weddle seems to have already forgotten that he confirmed in DogPack's video that his mother is perfectly willing to lie for him in videos, which renders his mother's testimony unreliable.
Jake The Viking vs Jake The Weddle
Two days after his "The Real Reason I left MrBeast (Bigger, Longer, Uncut)" video Jake Weddle released another video on August 9th, 2024.
This video primarily focuses on Jake The Viking, however, he had some kind words to say to his critics.
Throughout most of his previous video, he's rambling about information that we already know, with his shitty jokes sprinkled throughout it. I don't blame anyone for timestamping his video.
At one point in the video, he begins rambling about how bad experiences can be communicated through comedy. He then literally plays a fucking clip of Jon Stewart speaking to congress.
This guy goes on absurd tangents and non-sequiturs but whines when people timestamp the moment when he gets to the point.
7 minutes into his 24-minute video about Jake The Viking, he finally starts talking about Jake The Viking. The first problem he states that he has with Viking is that he is transphobic.
I thought the part to start with was that he was covering for his pedophile sex offender brother-in-law, but nope it was actually all of that heckin' transphobia we got to get through first.
He then goes on to explain that Jimmy looks down on the poor by questioning why Jake would be sad after receiving a shit ton of money for a retarded challenge.
He begs leftist political streamers to stop praising MrBeast. Calls out Hasan, Vaush, and Ethan Klien.
Wanting Hasan to use his platform to talk about it is understandable, but does this guy know that Vaush is an actual pedophile? He also makes it weird when talking about Ethan Klien by bringing up his stance on Hamas.
He states he doesn't need MrBeast's money because he's "authentic", then he links his Patreon. Having a Patreon isn't a problem on its own, if people want to pay you for the product then that's perfectly fine, but keep in mind that later on MrBeast offers him even more money and he accepts it, so all of this moral grandstanding about his honesty and authenticity is a fucking joke.

On Aug 16th, 2024, Jake Weddle released a third video
In this video, Jake click-baits the audience and claims he caught Jimmy in a secret recording... he did not... This was a deep fake recording that someone sent him, now to be fair, Jake presents it as it is, fake. He's not lying about it, but it's really slimy clickbait. There is no secret recording, however later in the video Jake does leak a single text message from Jimmy.
In the video, he goes over how Jimmy reached out to him through text to apologize to him and offered the rest of the money for the days of the challenge that he didn't finish. Keep in mind Jimmy did it privately and Jake made the decision to publicize it himself.
Jake uses his amazing comedic ability to reenact the phone call he has with Jimmy, he goes over that Jimmy offered him 190,000 which was the remaining money for the challenge that he didn't finish, and Jake decides to only accept 50,000 for moral reasons.
This guy was morally grandstanding saying "I would never accept his money, because I'm authentic". It doesn't matter if he only took a fraction of the amount, it's morally the same either way, are you accepting immoral money or not? This guy acts like Hasan with his logic of"Do you want me to starve? C'mon guys I'm just a socialist." I can definitely understand that Jake's a fan of Hasan now.
Despite accepting all of this money, Jake claims he hates money earlier in the same video.
Even though Jake claims to hate money, he talks about it quite a bit.
So he's a socialist who complains about paying taxes when he gets a 6 figure check so he doesn't like taxing the rich apparently, and claims to hate money, even though he has a patreon account that he plugs a lot.

Jake states in DogpPacks part 2 video that he only spoke positively about the company after he was given a severance because he was hoping that they would call him back.
Based on the text messages that DogPack shows in part 2 it seems that Weddle did the failed solitary confinement challenge sometime before the date of July 27th, 2021

This podcast was released on Jan. 24, 2024, 2 years after he had done the solitary confinement challenge, and in this podcast, Jake speaks positively of the company, which leads me to believe that he was hoping for them to call him back just like he said. If that's the case then it doesn't seem like he had too bad of an experience, in DogPacks video he acts like the solitary challenge is the most traumatic experience of his life, yet it seems like he's more than willing to continue working for them in the future.

You can't talk about Jake Weddle without bringing up that he calls himself a comedian, and keep in mind he's probably one of the few people that refer to him as a comedian because his act is fucking abysmal.
