Since I don't see it mentioned here and it's an interesting little insight into Groat's mind:
Groat apparently had several offers from at least one guy to buy the Red Shetland IP off of him. Apparently the guy thought that a horse version of Red Sonja could be made to sell (or at least sell to furries), and was willing to give Groat a pretty decent amount of money for the IP and all his print run that he's been trying to unload for years.
Groat refused.
Now, this was not a $20 and half a case of beer offer, we're talking actual comics industry level money (maybe not Big Two level industry money, but maybe Dark Horse level money). So there are two options here... one, Groat is just too attached to his lame parody and still thinks he's going to hit it big with it someday (possible), or he actually thought the guy would come back with an even bigger offer, possibly in the seven figure range (my bet).
Basically it's like if Sega and Nintendo actually teamed up and offered Chris $2,000,000 for the rights to Sonichu and he blew them off hoping they'd come back and meet the demands he made in his recent video.
