The Vampire Dies in No Time is a hilarious manga/anime about vampires and vampire hunters. Specifically, it's about a famous vampire hunter named Ronaldo who finds himself teaming up with Draluc, a vampire who dies and comes back to life easily, and his adorable armadillo familiar John. The series takes place in the Shin-Yokohama neighborhood, with plenty of wacky characters.

As a fellow John "Nu-nen" Armadillo enthusiast
I'm so happy about this thread
I like that they finally animated Ronaldo's brother and more of John's scenes

Ngl, up to this point every time I've seen pictures of the creature in question, I always thought it was a Pokemon.

I'm glad trombonista finally got a thread for their armadillo though. I'm sure it's a very fine animal even if it does have the major disadvantage of being from an anime.

We're getting three new character songs and a full version of the song Ronald sang at the end of the season premiere!
I particularly like the Lewd Talk Vampire's song.

Okay then, have some more John!

The moment that made me love John is in episode 2, when Ronald asked him to kill Draluc, and John responded by throwing a tantrum in Ronald's arms and then sulking on the top of the couch.
