Not that I advise this, but if one insists on banging a girl like that, at least make sure you're in a place you know but don't live in or even near. You'll want an escape route in case some shit goes down, and you definitely don't want her to find you afterward.

I'm a dumb ass and I don't really understand legal jargon, so I'm unsure what this is saying. Did Jenna break some sort of restraining order whilst being homeless with no clear address which leads to the court not really being able to charge her?

If I recall she was in Oregon for a little bit of time, I remember seeing a mugshot. She's in San Diego now, which is like the farthest you could be in California from Oregon. Once again, she absolutely had the means at some point to go to Renton, but instead she went to Detroit.

She's violating a protective order via Facebook messages. It sounds like the person being harassed wanted to extend the protective order to ensure that Jenna could face legal consequences if they actually tracked her down, but because she's transient, they want to serve her via Facebook.

The Barnier family is who Jenna was placed with when she was removed from her bio family by child services. She posts on Instagram all the time about how they molested her then kicked her out on the street, and how she wants to murder the mother. She mentions it almost every time she’s live. No wonder one of them has a PPO.
