I could have sworn he said at one time that if he lost his house, Kat would leave too. I'll try to find it later.

He also said his house was specifically designed for cats and if he lost the house, Jasper's life would be ruined.I could have sworn he said at one time that if he lost his house, Kat would leave too. I'll try to find it later.
I'm sure it contributed in some way to Leanna, but I don't think it was the sole reason. Phil always treated Leanna poorly. Sharing personal information, being more concerned about himself when she's in the hospital, waking her up when she was sick to make food for him, etc. By his own admission, he also never spent any time with her, which if I remember my pig lore correctly is why he started to take his one day off a week. I believe she was also upset that their relationship was so stagnant and wanted him to propose ages ago.Phil's inability to be financially responsible ruined his relationship with Leanna, so it stands to reason he's aware financial irresponsibility will probably ruin this one.

He also says he has a house. He doesn't. He has a very expensive apartment that he has to pay property taxes on.He also said his house was specifically designed for cats and if he lost the house, Jasper's life would be ruined.
Kat is a known user. If my piglore is correct, even Subaru man said that she "leeched off of my income." Kat feeds into Phil's ego and that's what Phil wants: someone to cook and clean for him, be content with just going outside once a week to run errands. As far as Leanna, even Phil said that she wanted to do more things outside and life live, but Phil wanted stay in his adult house and stream vidya games. Of course, treating Leanna like shit didn't help. In the early days of Kat, he tried to use her as an asset for his khantent - a la John, Howard, Leanna, etc...but he saw the writing that it wasn't going to work and he blamed us for pushing her off of the internet. IMHO, Phil is terrified to lose Kat. Do I see Kat pulling a Leanna and getting her shit together? No. I do see Kat searching for the next idiot to take her in. I'm honestly surprised she stuck around during the whole bankruptcy thing, but I honestly think that if anything was to happen to Phil where he loses his adult house, you best believe she's outta there.I'm sure it contributed in some way to Leanna, but I don't think it was the sole reason. Khet is for sure with Phil for the money, but I don't think she's bleeding him dry or anything. As long as he's able to pay for her Doordash and provide a roof over her stable, she's content. I'm sure there's some smaller purchases too, like games and what not. Although, even in that area, she's presumably picking up Phil's leftovers whenever he rage quits a game after it doesn't turn his business around. I'd be very surprised if Phil was struggling with whatever meager demands Khet has, especially since their expenses seem to center around the same things.
She’s a typical gold digging girl. You better believe that if some good looking young trustfund kid, with a nice apartment, a nice car and who doesn’t know any better flashed his wallet around her, or promised to buy her anything she wanted, she would jump on him and leave Phil and Jasper with nothing more than a “lol sorry.” That’s why she’s with Phil to begin with. Kat says “I want this,” and he says “yes pookie, anything you say, honey.” That quote about him and her having separate finances? HA!I do see Kat searching for the next idiot to take her in. You know how Phil wanted to essentially rub it in people's faces that he totally got that gifted xbox from someone and he totally has a silent majority of fans just lurking in the shadows somewhere, it made me think that Phil may only forcibly bring her into his streams again, if it was for something incredibly "special" that gives him an opportunity to show how proud he is and how successful he is to his audience, so the haters could do nothing but start punching the air, as a fellow pay cuck OIC put it.I'd bet the farm Khet is now Sire horse sized. Shame we will probably never see her waddle onto cam again.
I absolutely agree Khet has no loyalty, but I don't think someone else is going to come along and offer her a better deal, least of all some young trustfund kid. Generally, gold diggers are either hot or charismatic enough to give someone attention/validation. That's why she had to settle for Phil of all people instead of someone with more appeal. She’s a typical gold digging girl. Maybe she already met someone and the dude is giving some side dick and some side money, you know like she did with Phil. Point is: once a gold digging ass girl, always a gold digging ass girl.
Plus, we only know what Phil is willing to tell us about her, which isn't exactly a lot because he's a paranoid little man-child, and we know how he likes to make up the most inane lies. However, from watching some of her stuff on Youtube and seeing some of her tweets, I wouldn't imagine she's very social. She kinda seems like a introvert to me, but there's so little to go on. Kat needs to open up a little bit but Phil probably has her locked up as far as that goes.I think we're pretty biased by her limited stream appearance where her social skills seemed, at best, severely stunted.
THEY'RE SOULMATES...IDIOT!I still occasionally wrack my brain over why the hell she married him. Was it federal benefits? Is she playing the long game and trying to take a chunk out of Phil’s estate via divorce? Is she retarded enough to think Phil’s income is stable enough to tie herself to for the rest of her life? We may never know…
If you look up her family history on here, while some of it might be inaccurate, the stuff that is proven through the courts and other documentation is pretty fucked up. She's working part time in a store. A guy making what Phil does probably offers a lot more security (in her mind) than whatever she'd have making $500 a week with no benefits. We know he's not interested in sex so she doesn't even have to do that part. It's really not that confusing.I still occasionally wrack my brain over why the hell she married him. Adding onto this, I think the marriage also helps her LARP as an adult. It's a similar mindset to why Phil felt he needed a wife in the first place, or why he says his condo is actually a house. Khet also doesn't strike me as someone who looks that far into the future. If the conditions of staying in her stable were based on marrying Phil, I think she'd agree in the moment, even if she realistically knows the marriage has an eventual expiration date. I don't think Phil had the balls to actually give her an ultimatum, but I could see her being worried that if she said no she'd have to find someone else to order her midnight McDonalds. If you look up her family history on here, while some of it might be inaccurate, the stuff that is proven through the courts and other documentation is pretty fucked up. Also shemaybehas aspergers.
Assuming the story is true that Subaru Jeff kicked Catherine out, or was about to even before he found out she was talking to other guys, that gives more than enough reason. Catherine's residential history in her life is huge, she's lived at over 20 addresses in the past decade. Any sort of stability would be enticing for her.I still occasionally wrack my brain over why the hell she married him. Was it federal benefits? I still don't believe that. People wanted to hear that, but you can't make out anything at all on the audio, other than that she said something.I also find it telling that the one time we've briefly heard Catherine, she was dismissive and disrespectful of Phil being his usual bitch self going on about spilling water on himself that she didn't care.
