And potentially lose the source? No. It is actually entirely possible that she got another job since she got to Washington. I'm kind of under impression now that she might have quit/been fired from Kohl's, and started somewhere else. The source said her previous job in Michigan was at Kohl's, and the claim was she just transferred to another one in Washington (Phil's claim, so you know what that means)

I apologize for saying that she FOR SURE works there, but given the info we have from Phil, if she did just transfer, it was to Kohl's.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there a one or two month stretch in the beginning where Phil mentioned she couldn't work because of license nonsense? I can buy her getting a job transfer, but I can't imagine they'd transfer her and then give her that long of a break, unless they specifically had to wait for that much time for a position to open up?

There's also the strong possibility Phil lied about the transfer in the first place to make it sound like he wasn't throwing away paypig money by flying someone in and being the sole provider while simultaneously complaining about how he can't pay his bills, which as we all know from Phil occurs every few days in Washington as opposed to monthly like the rest of the US.

If Kat does work, it's probably some basic retail job. It'd be one thing if Phil was hinting at her having some weird profession, but I don't think we'll get anything particularly entertaining out of confirming she works in some generic chain store. I think the biggest possible get is potentially catching Phil in some lies regarding Kat's work hours, but it's not like we have a shortage of proof of DSP telling lies.

DSP already let slip in February that she works at a "store". Here's what I posted back then:

DSP just said that Kat doesn't to have to work today because "her store" is closing down early due to the snow.

So yeah, she definitely works in retail, at some kind of store. Which... still could be anything. :chicken:

-late edit- I think DSP realized he gave more info than he wanted to give. He just talked about it again, but this time when he wanted to say "store", he stopped, uhh'd and said "where she's working" instead.

For archiving purposes, I've gone back and made a clip of both the first mention of the "store" and of him correcting himself just now:

Kat's "store" closes early today:

Kat's "st... uhh where she's working":

The original clips don't work anymore because the updated forums don't support Streamable, so here they are uploaded directly to KF:

"Her store told her they're closing early because of the snow"

"Her st- uhh... where she's working"

If anyone needs to know, the clips were taken from the February 9th early stream.

For what it's worth, Kohls and other retail stores do have "transfer" programs, but you're often just put on a list below current employees and above new applicants. It lines up that she'd have to wait a couple months until someone quit or was promoted to take their spot. And from Phil's perspective, saying she "transferred jobs" gives her some amount of importance that isn't true but sounds good to his idiot fans, and also lets him lie to himself that she had a good job.

I've tried several variations on her name and found nothing.

Kat has a record for squatting (essentially) that was listed as something like 'forcible entry' because she had to be evicted.

She also has a moving violation I believe, driving without insurance/on a suspended license.

Both of those have been looked up in the past along with her mother's child abuse case and Kat getting invol psych treatment.

Edit: nevermind I see that those are listed in the OP and that this cheer thing is referring to other dates.

The other day Phil said he has no money to buy Dragon Quest Builders. If nobody donates it to him he doesn't know what to do. He then said he might have to ask Kat and see if she will buy it for him.

This begs some interesting questions. Why is Phil unable to pay the bills if his wife has a pile of cash saved up? I suppose I could accept, "I don't expect Kat to pay my bills" a little more when they weren't married.

So first, how come nobody can find a record of the marriage license? They are public record in Connecticut. Odd.

Second, why is Kat keeping her money separate from Phil?

Was the marriage a scam?

This is a really good question. Usually I'm very against conspiracy theories because Phil isn't part of some illuminati or the Stonecutters, but how many married couples have completely separate financials like this? My parents money all went into one bank account, and my married friends are all like this too.
I'm sure there's plenty of married couples who have separate finances, but to this extent? She gets a tax refund and buys herself a PS4 Pro?

You can get the record for $20. But I don't want to attach my real name with anything related to that.

I wouldn't be surprised if him saying he'd have to ask Kat to buy it for him was just a lie to tug at the heartstrings of his paypigs. If you take even a second to think about it, which Phil knows his paypigs are incapable of doing, it instantly falls apart. In Phil's world, he's apparently unable to pay his apparently daily utility bills and overdraws on every payment he makes ever. But all that isn't worth asking Kat for help, he'd only even consider going down that path for the most serious and important purchases, like a Dragon Quest game nobody but Phil is interested in seeing. That or he's setting up why he is going to play the game anyway even if nobody purchases it for him. He's been trying to push this "people buy me games" plan pretty hard. I think he wants to make it the new status quo, but if it doesn't work he still needs a fallback option for why he plays the game anyway without outright saying he makes more than enough to purchase the games. The only alternative is changing his schedule and not playing a new release, but as we all know this is impossible to do and Phil needs to play this new release because it is totally going to be the one that launches him to relevance again.

Kat buying the game for him should be the default fallback anyway...presumably she wants his "business" (LOL) to succeed, right? It's telling that he says that as some kind of doomsday scenario.

Didn't he register his business as "Burnell Enterprises" or something like that? She is a Burnell now and should support the family business.

This also raises another question, how much does Kat hate Phil's job? She has been on three streams. She saw first hand the amount of venom the detractors spit at her. She allegedly got so upset at the Halloween stream that she left the house and vowed never to come on stream again. This would make me think she has a pretty negative view towards Phil's "customers", the people Phil does his clown act for everyday. The people who take up 95% of his time, only allowing him 2 hours a day to spend with Kat.

It can't be good for her mentally to know her soulmate spends all day with people who call her a horse, a demon, and accuse her of taking big black cock.

Yet she still allegedly is the one who helps him decorate, buys him cool video game tee shirts, and pick out stream mascots, at least until they were killed off.

The only time I've seen it to this extent is when one of them is a compulsive spender who is unable to control themselves and spends anything they deem as "extra" from the account and from what we know about Phil's habits he is very very much someone who would be that sort of person. I don't doubt that he is playing some mobile games still and dropping $$$ on them or something similar.

Burnell Productions

I hadn't really thought about this but since Phil has been calling her "Mrs. Burnell" *Gag* does that mean, if the wedding is actually legit, she took Phil's last name? She's no longer Katherine St.Jean, she's Katherine Burnell?

If she ever appears on stream again maybe someone can get Phil to call her "Mrs. 'Burn in Hell' Burnell", and do the Stations of the Cross as penance, particularly the 11th one (T-pose).

Do you think if someone called the Connecticut department of health and human services they could at least confirm or deny that such a record exists without having to pay for a physical copy?

While the information from the physical document would be good to know, confirmation of the marriage is the main info I want.

I like how in the child abuse police report, it said Kat's mom made the kids T pose as punishment.

...she also had her daughters stand for hours with their arms outstretched to "feel the pain of Jesus on the cross".

There's a very simple explanation for it: Phil's keeping his options for declaring bankruptcy open. He probably figures (rightly or wrongly) that if he ever decides to burn his creditors he can stash everything in Kat's name.
