To be fair to Phil, he has a pretty fancy washing machine. It's probably pretty intimidating.

In reality, I've never seen a washing machine that was more complicated than selecting the water temperature and turning the dial to "wash" and pressing "start".

Does his washer have a difficulty setting? Is it two player? Is there online lag?

Put clothes in washer. Add detergent. Add fabric softener if you have money to do it. Turn it on. When it stops, take the clothes out. Put the wet clothes in the dryer. Turn the dial to "dry". Press start. When the dryer stops, fold or hang up your clothes.

Phil has no creativity nor intuition. Everything has to be done for him or spelled out for him. Phil's not a dumb guy, but he can't figure anything out for himself.
 
This is def. an odd relationship. I think Phil made a bunch of promises that his checkbook can't cash before and when she moved out there...something is def up though the last few streams phil has seemed a bit saltier and pissed off more than usual. tips seemed to be good for those days so I don't think that was it. Phil even said it himself awhile back when him and panda were on the rocks he put a ring on her finger, the pig doesn't learn so maybe he did the same with Kat by marrying .or perhaps she's homesick and finally realizing she doesn't want to be all the way across the country like she thought she did. or she is realizing Phil isn't who she thought.. after all Phil is only looking for a maid not only to work but come home and cook and clean all while he sits for a few hours a day and poorly plays videos games and begs for tips. i mean look at the dude he ooks like a human potato sitting on that couch, snorting, smelling his fingers and stroking his beard not stop.. who in their right mind would want to marry that.
 
I was given a little more info from a certain man in Michigan that drives a Subaru. Phil met Kat through twitter DM's after the OBS tweet (kind of already knew this). But in the DM's, Phil claimed to be an alcoholic that needed to go to recovery and that is why Kat kept talking to him. Was this a pity thing? Was DSP an actualy alcoholic?

Definitely pity ploy for sure, can you imagine him spending the time and effort to enter even the least restrictive recovery program? He has to stream 18 hours a day to maintain the 11 year beggacy, dood!

Do you think this means Kathy is/was an alcoholic/addict as well? I'm pretty sure I remember Phil saying they were both dealing with "similar issues" that they were having "a hard time with" and were "feeling down about" when they met , and that they were able to "help each other get through it" and this was how their relationship formed.

At the time I assumed the "similar situation" they both were dealing with was a the break-up of a long-term relationship, but this doesn't make sense because Phil had already been broken up with Leanna "for several months" (according to Phil he asked Leanna to marry him and then immediately broke-up with her lol) when he met Kathy on Twitter and Kathy kept lying to her long-term boyfriend for several months after they met to keep using her boyfriend for money.

All this time I was thinking Kathy's relationship with SubaruMan was on the rocks because after 4 years he wanted a more serious commitment from her, but SubaruMan was like 22 when they broke-up, it makes more sense to me that their relationship fell apart because Kathy was always 'on the rocks' and SubaruMan was tired of having a drunk couch-surfer as a dependent and finding out about Phil was the last straw. Plus he didn't need her to buy beer for him anymore :)

Wait. . .so was all that drinking and whining Phil was doing after he and Kathy met just a show to keep his precious Replacement Leanna hooked on the line? All that pitiful shit he was publicly doing after they met was just to sell her some woe-is-me pityfuck story so she'd believe he needed a True & Authentic SoulMaid to come save him? Because he certainly made it very clear that he was already totally over Leanna and 'fuck her, good riddance', she was just holding him back and the relationship had been shit ever since they moved to Washington, and been bad and already 'basically over' for months before he even asked her to marry him.

I don't think a complete raging Narc like Phil was broken up about Leanna for 1 single second after she left, but lets consult the record to see if maybe Phil was a sadboi who was driven to drinking by his mean old, decade younger, ex-fiancé

Doesn't sound like a tryst to me and her actively trying to engage with him about the game he is playing doesn't speak to me of 'full time gf' moments away from ditching her beau. 'Meeting someone downtown at 3:30 p.m.' sounds like a job interview or maybe a councilor or psychiatrist. Possibly a carpool meet up for some job related training session. Then again it could be an apartment showing or a real estate agent driving her about to look at multiple apartments. Hence the 'maybe later, but still doing dinner' remark. His actions are hard to read as he had long been a bit dissmissive toward her for several years close to the end.
 
I'm more inclined to believe he actually drank way too much during the break-up period (from early 2017 to about the first quarter of 2018), because he was so much more unhinged than usual during that time and going full ret.ard a lot. And I remember him actually admitting he drank heavily when Pandalee was leaving/had left on multiple occasions. I'll post it up if I can find it.

But yeah, just look at how he looked (like trash and all puffy) and acted (toxic as fuck) at that time.

I know he actually was drinking rather heavily during that time period, but I'm wondering if this had anything at all to do with being sad over Leanna. I think Leanna had been keeping his drinking in check and he resented her for it, then when she left he felt he could do whatever he wanted so he drank a lot more, plus he had a new fan-girl fish on the line that he was manipulating into thinking he needed her to help him fix his drinking problem, like she was the only person who 'understood' him. . .his "Soulmate".

He says his drinking was about being sad over Leanna leaving, but he's also a pathological liar. He didn't start drinking more until after she moved out, not months before when they broke up and called off the engagement. So I have to wonder which are the lies? He also said multiple times before that they had broken up months ago behind the scenes and the engagement was a "Band-Aid" on a relationship that was bad and had already been over for a long time, and that was why he didn't seem emotional at all telling his streamchat about it because of how over it he already was. He went from 'I don't care it was already over' at the end of May early June when talking about it to 'OMG I'm so sad and lonely, my drinking is out of control because of Leanna leaving' in late June after he met Kathy and had been DM'ing her a few weeks. He also stopped drinking that much while still living alone shortly after SubaruMan kicked Kathy out, i.e. once Phil was officially the only man in her life.

This calling her his "Soulmate" shit after a couple months of DM's and 1 or 2 visits may have been nothing more than a Narc alcoholic trying to manipulate a new caretaker/enabler into his life. Kathy was his girlfriend from literally like 2 days after the OBS Tweet when he made her stop posting to Twitch, Twitter, and YouTube altogether. He was never broken up about not having a girlfriend because he had one the whole time. He started drinking that much because the person who would say 'I think you're drunk enough' was gone.

It sounds to me like he was DM'ing her 'I'm someone who needs to be saved from myself, and you're the only person who understands what I'm going through and can help', all just to manipulate a new caretaker for himself.

With Kathy's personal history it wouldn't surprise me if she struggled with a drinking problem.

God, Fall 2017 DSP was classic fucking DSP. Probably some of the saltiest videos emanating from Philbert himself because of his break-up with Leanna. No friends to talk about it with; had to internalize his fee-fees being hurt; could only tell his parents how sad it was. All that sadness bubbled into anger on stream and we got some amazing salty DSP moments.

Today's DSP is so fucking boring. Scared of getting banned and therefore is mild as fuck. Phil is ultimately going to be his own downfall, the adoption of the "why am i toxic" meme is a big tell that if he tries to adapt to the meme culture around him and become "cool" Phil, the trolls will become uninterested and his notoriety will slowly fade out.

A lot of people surmise what Phil's demise is going to be. For me, it's change. If he changes who he is and become a decent, normal person he will collapse because people will lose interest.
 
This is how I Imagine the Kat / Phil DM's first went down

Phil: hey Kat do you have a Ad-sense account in good standing ?
Kat: yea
Phil: ok very nice, moving on....
Phil: Just out of curiosity what is your credit score ?
Kat: not really sure, but I do have a few credit cards.
Phil : would you like to move in with me ? All I ask is that you get a job, pay 1/2 of the bills, and do all the cooking and cleaning.
Kat: that would be great, but I don't have the money to come all the way out there.
Phil: no problem, I can get the money. give me like a week, but you have to pay me back because I need that money, i really do.. i need that money to pay my bills.
Kat: oh wow Thanks ! that's really sweet of you.
Phil: don't mind the house, it is kind of mess, my last room mate was pretty lazy. It's been really hard for me you know. I am always working and don't have much time to do anything else. It's hard work producing uncut raw game play streams and videos.
Phil: would you mind doing the shopping ? I am kind of famous and every time I go out. loads of people come up to me and say " Hey Phil . I'm a big fan, love you and the stream.. great content my dude" It's hard to go out in public and get things done when you are a big deal like me.
Kat: can I use your car to go to work ?
Phil: yea, but you are going to have to give me some money because it's not cheap leasing a BMW, even though I haven't had basic maintenance done on it since I got it.
Kat: ok, everything sounds good to me
Phil: I think I am in love, like we are soulmates. maybe some day in the future we can get married.
Kat: I've always wanted a cat.
Phil: Hang on..... just got an idea. have to write it down so I won't forget it.
