I see lots of theories about how Kat struck it big with Phil (she did) and how her dating prospects are slim to none (they are) but then simultaneously suggest that she’s a landwhale and getting blacked nonstop behind Phil’s back.

I don't really think she's getting side dick, because much like Phil she just seems to be very sex averse. Leanna most likely actually did get some side dick. All but stated in that one "I'm going out with friends - Are we still on for dinner?" exchange she had live with Phil the one time.
Kat was getting chunkier last we saw of her and with their diet of takeaway and TV dinners she's not definitely shedding the weight. I also don't think she's Chantal levels of deathfat, but she is chubby at the very least. Speculation, sure, but not unfounded. We know what Phil eats almost every day because it's one of the topics still allowed on his North Korean chat, and what they eat is not healthy. We also know they have very little physical activity, asides from that one time Philip totally busted out 25 pushups without breaking a sweat and the mallwalking on the DAY AWF.

When we talk about the wall Kat's hit, it's about dating and relationships, which is what most women want anyway. I doubt she even contributes financially.
Taken women who seem like they'd be up for sex are something of a high priority target for pump and dumpers. Guys try this sort of shit all the time, the worst she can say is no.
