its really hard for girls to lose weight once they gain it too. Shes pretty much stuck like that unless she goes on a really strict diet. Not likely being around phil and his drinking and doordash meals.

Maybe Kat has the worlds first case of onset Prader-Willi. DSP's begging has got out of control because he lives in fear of the tantrums she may throw if he doesn't provide her with enough food to meet her constant demands.

99% probability it's Kat, and the other highly improbable 1% is Phil is somehow cheating on Kat with another rotund woman which he would obviously brush aside like he is now.

This is what really clinched it for me too. If it really was someone other than Kat he wouldn’t waste any time gloating about it. Instead he’s clamming up exactly like how did over the bank leaks coming out because he got blindsided without having a chance to set up a convincing lie/story for his fans.

It’s truly pathetic because he doesn’t even need a lie for it, except to assuage his bruised ego that his fat ass isn’t married to a swimsuit model. Why the fuck should his actual fans care that Phil’s wife is obese? I don’t have the slightest clue what anyone I watch on YouTube fucks because it’s completely pointless. The only reason he’s hiding this is because he is ashamed of her, which totally jives with his perfect, mature adult relationship.

What if Phil isn't sexless because he's gay or turned off by obesity, but because he just can't bring himself to bang a mentally disabled chick?

I think lack of sex is partly why that relationship failed. No penne, not even a fingerbang here and there to satisfy his young girlfriend with a high sex drive.

I still stand by my own autistic theory that Phil has a below average penis that he's ashamed of and caused him a lot of insecurities and difficulties being intimate with women.

He probably associates dick size with machismo and thinks you need a dick equal to your height in length to pleasure a woman.

Phil isn't confident enough to initiate sex. As with everything in his life he rather explains why he's good in bed or puts up excuses for why he can't do the sex right now. Like, he has to work in an hour (then sits down to play WWE Champions on the couch).

To add on this, Phil takes an entire day off to go.... half a mile.

This shopping center has his grocery store, gas station, pet store, and multiple places to eat. He takes an entire day off to go half a mile and makes it sound like he completes some Herculean task. He doesn't even have to get on a highway. He could walk there in 15 minutes. This is what he does and where he goes every single Tuesday.
