Based on that picture I'd say she was around 260-280. In the wedding photo she looks to be maybe 140-150 to me.

This is full tinfoil hat territory but I suspect the wedding photo was shooped. On Kat's reveal stream she looked a little chubby, probably in the mid- to high- 100s, but nothing that weird. Then in the wedding photo she looked like a bobblehead:

Even Anna Johnson (healthy living anorexic with a thread in Beauty Parlour) doesn't have such a large head relative to the rest of her body and she's probably < 100 pounds. So my theory is that she was already pretty heavy by the wedding, Phil used some combination of Photoshop + filters to slim down her torso, but he didn't think to scale down her head appropriately. It would certainly explain why she became a non-entity after the wedding.

Feeling sorry for Fhet Khet is like feeling sorry for Phil or Amberlynn. Yeah, we're mean to them, but it really couldn't have happened to nicer people. Look, Fhet Khet is running a Fhet Scam succesfully. She slid into the pigroach's DMs, managed to talk herself into the Snort Fort, by promising that she loved to cook and clean and that she'd be a second income, Phil's own words, and now has endless doordash and limitless Skyrim on his dime. She made him put a ring on it. The only thing I'm sorry about is her having enough braincells to rub together to realize that keeping an internet presence would be a bad idea.

She's milking Phil dry. Any cent that doesn't go into gacha goes into doordash for her. She ocasionally holds a job for a week or two, doesn't even clean as Phil has admitted they still take bi-monthly dump trips, doesn't cook, and doesn't even interact with him in any positive manner. Phil is utterly pussywhipped. Fhet Khet rules the Snort Fort with an iron-clad hamfist. She's made him swear off even pixel boobies out of insecurity. She doesn't come on stream. On their day off, he drives her around. She's not pulling her weight around the snort fort at all. At least Panda had her bullshit soap shop and ocasionally could be arsed to do a playthrough. Fhet Khet has given Phil absolutely nothing. No content outside of two disaster streams, no co-op partner, no soulmaid. Just a fat woman who lives in his house he ocasionally calls mham.

Fhet Khet is honestly a fucking badass scammer. With her trailer park looks, personality, physique and attractiveness, not to mention the literal tonnes of baggage, she's still managed to poach the roach and secure a financially reliable stable (hehe) situation for herself.

She's a slow, fat, dull looking woman who managed to scam a slower, duller looking older man out of his spending money. Phil got outscammed and that's about it. Now Phil has to forever hold on to his story that Fhet Khet is truly the love of his life or look like a retard in front of his denthead audience. Not to mention, just like Panda seemed unlikely to ever do a tell-all, the fucking SECOND Phil stops paying the Fhet Khet tithes, she's gonna blab right quick. It's a for profit relationship, and Phil's only available reaction when it inevitably goes to shit will be a shocked Pikachu face.

But in any case, this previous image of her seems to have the same ratio with respect to the size of her head and the distance of her shoulders, assuming it wasn't also altered.

This was done in like a minute with a simple rule of three, and the angle is not even the same, but seems consistent enough (torso too at first glance).
If you're calling the wedding one a bobblehead, the one on the left should also be a bobblehead.

This was legit the most surprising thing to me. I think we all knew Khet ballooned up, granted, I don't know if anyone suspected she'd look as bad as she actually did. But it wasn't exactly a stretch. If someone insisted Phil was driving, I'd disagree without photo evidence. Even seeing it, I still wonder how common it is or if it just so happened he was behind the wheel that day.
