Panda too. She is this social butterfly and then all of a sudden its a sharply reduced social media presence after the breakup and she ain't breathing a word to anyone about phil. I know wants to move on blah blah blah. But plenty of chicks love to air out the dirty laundry on their exs. A huge part of media is just women trashing their former lovers in the open for the wide array of horrible things they supposedly did. What sorcery does Dave possess that keeps him lucking out and getting these girls that will keep his secrets under lock and key no matter how horrid he is?

Wouldnt you need some sort of police reports or court bullshit to get a restraining order? Maybe its only some states but I thought having some sort of history/proof of harassment and abuse was a requirement?
 
For all Phil talks about Protecting Muh Famly, just telling the entire internet that Kat's ex beat her is deranged. She probably really would be crying downstairs if there's any truth to it.

I maintain Phil paid/pays Leanna hush money. I know... it's possible she matured and all that, but that bitch could never shut up about anything for attention when she was with Phil and had no qualms embarrassing him.

I'm believing this more now after Phil's strange final words in the Craig interview where he had to tell us he didn't groom Leanna.

Beyond very basic "what do we need at the grocery store today" or "What do you want from Doordash?" I can't imagine they socialize at all. Maybe some ranting about detractors at dinner and small talk. I have this image in my head of Phil sitting silently on his phone in Kat's room while she drools at Skyrim.
Phil doesn't even really seem to know her because when he's asked about her interests he says this shit

It's not Phil that she doesn't want to embarrass, it's herself. I don't think it's a stretch to say she looks back at being with Phil and is ashamed in her taste in men/willingly living the hermit lifestyle with him. Plus, it's not like the detractor community was exactly on her side, I'm not exactly surprised that "the bitch who could never shut up about anything for attention" isn't coming on her to be pals with us and share funny stories about her crappy lifestyle and poor taste in men.

And that isn't me trying to white knight for Leanna, because, I agree with your assessment. Really, her biggest strength is she isn't khet, so she looks much better by comparison. And she had a few times where she showed up on stream and made Phil look like a bitch. She's definitely doing better without Phil, that's for sure, and I'll even give the faintest of props for finally leaving him, but based on the tidbits people have shared from her social media, she's still roughly the same person. Just a little more independent.

I think if the podcast showed anything, it's that Phil is too stupid to even think to pay someone hush money because he truly believes that he's some great liar and manipulator. I'm sure in his mind, if Leanna ever comes out and says anything, he'll "debunk" it just like he did during the interview.

There is no way he’d pay her hush money after their breakup.

As for Panda she’s just smarter than most guys here think.

That’s hardly weird. Phil is an avid consumer of detractor content, mostly to hear what they say about him.

He read someone call him groomer so he needs to “address that”.

Also, it’s also pretty meaningless.

Protective orders (especially emergency protective orders) have an extremely low bar. Basically you just say you’re scared and the court takes your word for it.

Plenty of examples of chicks, and dudes, who use them as some kind of weird power games, leverage, revenge, etc.
Many such cases.

They are kind of interesting as if you submit them under a fraudulent address you could be granted one automatically.

A BP lunatic tried to have on filed against two women. They said if they did not hear about this filing from the third woman they would not show up possibly having the judge grant it.
They found it and low and behold it was dismissed.

The third one who has threatened him online, still did not have it be granted.

All three women live in the same state, in Indiana. Granted though the state is familiar with this man's reputation.
One the same side the two same women went for an EPO after receiving calls to threaten their heads with a brick and no EPO.

So yes, it is possible Subaru man just plain did not show up especially if he just wanted to be done with the relationship.

I find it interesting that there are no arrests for Subaruman about violence or harassment against Kat. If it was so bad you had to get a restraining order, then you'd assume the authorities were called for something. Horrible if Subaruman did actually hurt Kat or something.
