Oh, I misunderstood Philburt originally, I thought he was talking about Panda when he mentioned an abusive ex.

In this case there's even less reason to mention it. Phil stole Kat from her ex? No, Phil didn't steal anything, he mostly just sat there and Kat was a trashy nutso bitch and traded off to Phil, and Phil was fine with it because Kat is nothing but a "mature adult" trophy that he pays a subscription fee on.

Of course the strange thing is that last I heard Subaru Man was doing fine with a new woman. Almost like he wasn't so much the problem.

Also, Phillip claims he talked to Kat about the issue, and I'm not quite sure what he means:

I don't know which is the more deranged option, that it was a topic at some other point in time and Phil took the liberty of revealing it to the entire world on this podcast without her explicit consent, or that she DID give explicit consent prior to the podcast, meaning these two morons specifically convened to form a battle plan going into the whole thing.

Darksy De Phil has seriously lost the plot at this point.

I find it interesting that there are no arrests for Subaruman about violence or harassment against Kat. If it was so bad you had to get a restraining order, then you'd assume the authorities were called for something.
Eh, not necessarily. It's not uncommon for a bitter ex or soon-to-be ex to go before a court, cry wolf, and be granted a TPO pending a later court appearance all the while there being absolutely no police involvement.

A good friend of mine was served with a TPO by his then wife. She claimed he hit her, hit her mother, introduced her 13 year old son to internet porn, and more. Judge asked if she had any proof of this, and the ex just said "no but I'm scared for my wellbeing." Bam. TPO granted. While hanging out with him at their house, the police cops showed up and enacted the order. Gave him 30 - 45 minutes to gather whatever things he'd like to take with him, and said he needed to vacate the property. She just sat at the other end of the cul de sac with a twisted smile on her face.

I asked one of the officers if it would be ok if I left an upper-decker in one of the toilets. He said "so long as you don't cause any damage, go nuts." So I did.

The TPO was lifted at the next hearing when she failed to appear. Friend showed up, with a few witnesses (some of which were HER friends), and the entire thing was dismissed. It just sucks that he ultimately got railroaded during the divorce. But, then again, he sat on his hands the entire time and didn't get his shit done til the last minute.

That crap he pulled with the abusive ex thing is some Leanna Hospital Story 2.0.

Just based off anecdotal experience with these type of things without powerleveling too much, Phil is fucked.

Kat is willing to get fat, cheat, put out restraining orders and worst of all, play vanilla Skyrim.

Just so fitting for Phil to end up marrying this thing. He's just asking people to dig deeper into this shit to find out more about it and be more informed than him with his own wife.

Sometimes women file restraining orders and cry abuse when they are caught cheating. We know Subaru discovered the spicy communications between Kat and DSP. After Subaru man told Kat to pack, she might have cried abuse and got a restraining order. Kat on the verge of being homeless sold herself to Phil as a victim and Phil moves her in.

Pure speculation of course, but Phil should not have put it on the menu because now the trolls want dessert.

Domestic PPOs in Michigan (DVRO in California) work differently than in other states. Usually, a TPO is granted ex parte, without notice to, or the presence of, the restrained party, and a hearing date set. It's 21-30 days on average (but can be sorter), where both parties can present evidence. The restrained party must be served. Failing to make good faith efforts to effectuate service by the hearing, or continued hearing, date can lead to dismissal for failure to prosecute. After said hearing, the TPO becomes a permanent order, is dismissed, or a lesser no negative contact order may be granted.

In Michigan, domestic PPOs are heard ex parte on the date of filing and either granted or denied, fully or partially, same day, as a TPO. The minimum duration of a TPO is approximately 6 months, but can be longer if the evidence supports it. No further hearing is set. The order should be served, but there is no penalty or risk of dismissal for not serving the order. Non-domestic TPOs are only effective once they are served on the restrained party. Domestic TPOs are effective once granted. Violators are subject to arrest even without service or other knowledge of the TPO. It is up to the restrained party to request a hearing to modify or dismiss the TPO. After said hearing, the TPO is dismissed or becomes a (modified?) permanent order.

The clerk told me Khet's petition was filed 6/15/2017. The TPO was granted and effective from 6/15/2017 through 6/15/2018. There was no proof of service per the computer, but there could be one in the physical file. So it's possible Subaru Man never knew about the order.

Phil and Khet's first public contact was 6/1/2017 about some OBS bullshit. A little over a month since Leanna left. Khet got the order two weeks later. I'm curious if Khet's petition alludes to Phil at all and the nature of their relationship. And if Khet's allegations stand up to scrutiny or she weaponized the courts.

If the restraining order was active from 2017 - 2018, my speculation would be that Phil convinced Khet to file a restraining order before leaving Michigan, just on the off chance that SubaruMan would try to follow Khet, and confront Phil. Why would SubaruMan try to follow Khet? Maybe because Phil stole his girl. I remember from the Tevin stream about SubaruMan, that he seemed glad to be rid of Khet, but Phil wouldn't have known that.

Does anyone have a rough timeline of when Khet moved in with Phil? It doesn't really make sense to me Khet would have filed a restraining order right before she moved across the entire fucking country, especially since she and Phil were already "talking"

While it's not impossible, that's displaying a remarkable amount of foresight for Phil. Especially since he seem to think he's untouchable in his gated community guarded by his hatchets.

It actually makes perfect sense imo.
What makes less sense is her staying near someone she has a R.O. against.
In fact, it makes the theory that she saw Phil merely as a meal ticket even stronger.
She had a fucking R.O. against her boyfriend, and Seattle Philly comes along in desperate need of a momwife?

It's like every low value woman in a shit situation's wet dream.

The fact he basically doordashed his MomWife doesnt get called out enough imo

If subaruman actually hit Kat when he found out she was cheating on him with DARKSYDEPHIL of all people, I admire his restraint. Finding out your significant other is cheating on you with Phillip Burnell is 110% justification for murder suicide.

Sometimes TPOs are used to secure a roof over your head.

As in:

Crazybitch is officially living at Poordudes house.

Poordude catches crazybitch cheating with Chad. Tells her she needs to get out by the end of the week.

Crazybitch goes to the courthouse and gets a TPO. Poordude can’t get within 100 feet of her for two weeks until there is a hearing.

Since Crazybitch domicile is Poordudes house, Poordude needs to vacate the premises and go couchsurfing until there is an actual hearing or he will be found guilty of breaking the TPO. Regardless of whether it’s his house or not.

I could totally see Khat pull some shit like that, when Subaruman told her to go F herself.

Just thinking out loud here. I feel like if Kat randomly got a restraining order against him, he would have mentioned that to Tevin to drive the point home that she is crazy.

If anyone wants to reach out to Subaruman, I do have his Discord name. I'd rather it be like @Agent Proper or someone. I don't want to do it lol.
People usually don't want to broadcast they have an RO, especially for domestic issues. And when someone does bring it up, they'll often claim something in the vein of "it was all lies" or "her lawyer was friends with the judge." [Insernt Snort Burnell clip of the castrated pig oinking "Sure!"] She may very well be a crazy bitch, but there's a court order finding you're a crazy bitch abuser. Never a good look.

What courthouse in Michigan and do they allow someone to request physical copies of filed PTOs? Would there even be any relevant information on it besides it being filed? I know they don't have them online but if you can request copies and it's not on the far side of MI I might be able to go get a copy if it would be worth anything.

Otsego County Circuit Court in Gaylord, MI. Gaylord is the gayest place for some gay-ass gay ops. Don't catch too much AIDS.
