Which leads to me to the restraining order, because Phil had to open up his big ass fucking mouth during the interview that soulmaid had a restraining order against Subaru man because "he was hitting her". This came from Meth Bear on Twitter, who is an attorney, who was able to find it's existence. He did mentioned that in order to find the details of what happened, that would require doxxing him, so, he didn't go with it, as it does require written consent of the requesting party. He was able to find the existence of the restraining order.

Now, I KNOW I'm going to catch hell for saying this, but I think the whole restraining order was a ruse by Khat as a way to frame Subaru man as a piece of shit. Again, I am NOT saying he didn't slap her around, but what I am saying is this: everyone has mentioned, not just Jeff, that Khat "has some emotional and mental issues." even coming from Officer Sanders herself, also, she has a history of being on a 72 hour psych hold, along with a history of breaking and entering, along with trespassing, along with a history of her own mother trying to harm her because of "demons." Could've Subaru man slapped soulmaid around? Yes. Could it also be a ruse? Also, yes. However, Khat has a history of being, well, not so mentally and emotionally well...
A bit of TMI: I've worked in inpatient psych facilities, especially with victims of DV and potential victims of DV, along with forensic pt's that have had not just thoughts of suicidal ideations, but also homicidal ideations. I've seen female pt's admit to not just myself, but also PD that came to do investigations that they purposefully harmed themselves to "frame" someone because of something or the other. As for why they did it? One female pt said, once she was mentally stable, said this: "Because I want to see that motherfucker thrown to the wolves for breaking up with me!" I digress. Did the accusing party press charges? No. Because he once said "She's not right mentally and I just want to move on with my life, if I'm to be frank. She's in there for a reason and I want to see her get the right help."
I do think what happened was this - when Subaru man kicked soulmaid out of his house, she had nowhere else to go, remember; Phil and Khat NEVER talked on the phone, they only text, Khat did the whole ruse of the lock in the sock, swung it a few times, took some pictures, showed Philly cheesesteak, and went "Phil, baby! Look what Jeff did to me!", built up enough evidence to show the court to get their sympathy, and boom! Phil wanted to be the hero and show the world "I took my now wife out of a situation where she was being physically abused." Again, people with NPD LOVE being the hero and to show the world "Look at what I did! Like me!" I digress.
I think Khat is a major manipulator, just like Philly boy. However, unless one is able to get their hands on the details of the restraining order AND her medical records from the inpatient psych facility, we'll never know. Hell, JUST to get those medical records, you would need written consent from soulmaid herself because HIPAA guidelines state that in order to get medical records, you need written consent from the pt or it has to be mandated by a court order. Also, it's not worth it, for two shut in's that are playing make believe adults.
Also, Jeff seems like an alright dude. I don't see him slapping his new bride when dinner is late. "Tuna casserole, again!", while slapping the shit out of her, after he had a hard day at the factory. Again, I could BE totally wrong. However, I don't see that in him. It's possible Jeff has had anger issues in the past, but again, I don't know. I can only speculate on what MIGHT'VE happened and what we know from soulmaid, I can honestly believe that Khat is possible of self harm to get her way.
Again, this is all speculation without going through the process of doxxing yourself, going through hoops to get paperwork to prove a point about a person that is comfortable playing vidya games, stuffing her dicklicker full of Doordash, and playing vanilla Skyrim until the wheels on her chair fall off.
I'm glad Subaru man now has someone that wants to do hairtricks with him, etc....and I do hope it lasts a long time, not just a short time.
