I think relationship between Phil and Kat is that of roommates. He might slightly feel embarrassed about her being fat on camera because of Da trollz using that as an own but I don't think he cares outside of that.

Eh, Panda was always wanting to do things. Doing things requires Phil to put on clothes that aren't pajamas. Going outside is bad for Phil because he has a sun allergy. Going outside is extremely dangerous since psychotic detractors are around every corner. Panda wanted to have sex and Phil had a bad back. Panda had a smart mouth and would sometimes back talk Phil. Panda was too much.

Kat is more chill. Content to just plop down on her side of the giant couch and watch Gilmore Girls and eat Cheetos. Kat doesn't care what Phil wears. Kat doesn't go outside because that requires walking. Kat realizes the danger of detractors. Kat wants to have sex, just not with Phil so it works out. Kat has exactly two brain cells and doesn't have a smart anything. She agrees with Phil on everything.

Phil wanted someone to cook and clean for him. The fact that he thought he landed a bikini model streamer who would bring in a second revenue stream made him look like a stud in his mind. Instead he got a lazy, surly roommate who can't cook and let herself go as soon as she said "I do."

The passive-aggressive digs (No, she's not pregnant) are a dead giveaway that Phil is embarrassed by her appearance.

The former. Does he care about her appearance because he wants to fuck her? No, that's time he'd rather spend on gacha and doordash and that's as true today as it was in 2017. But her being fat means she can't own the trolls anymore - when he talked up how attractive and successful Kat was when he first revealed her in 2018, that was 'proof' he could bring in a good catch and did not need to settle. It might also explain why he brings up her work fairly infrequently now, his initial pitch of 'CEO swimsuit model with her own Youtube channel' boosted his ego way more than 'part-time entry-level retail when she hasn't been fired for cause'.

Edit to Add: Apart from not being able to own the trolls with a hot GF/wife, Phil might care about Kat gaining weight because it's a symptom of her not caring. Part of the reason he got together with her so quickly post-Leanna is that he could barely function on his own and needed a mother/maid, but instead he got a fellow lazy slob. That's got to sting.

I wouldn't say asexual, just that he was ruined by a porn and incredibly lazy. He spent so many years jerking it to things online that irl sex is just not enough to get him going and after a couple awkward attempts with Panda he gave up trying to improve, completely ignoring the fact that Panda would have had no issue teaching Phil how to fuck her into the ground.
 
DSP was a coomer porn addict when he was younger. As he's gotten older the gout and gin made PP's PP stop working and his sex drive is dead. He went from incel to volcel.
