Every time he ordered fast food they fucked up his order. He must be extremely rude or the kids working there know who he is.
 
Cant do DSP Tries It because Phil would make his significant other wait until after the filming to eat. By then the food was cold! Nothing he could do!

Plus he would spend $8 on a sandwich and only make $5 from YouTube. Phil is too smart of a businessman to operate at such a loss.

Phil's "tries it" videos were closer to what he truly is passionate about: Eating. He could be sampling shit from the deli at Whole Foods, and he'd still be right in his wheelhouse because he'd be eating something. I cannot remember what video it was, but it was him and Panda going to some hotdog joint back in CT, and the opening parts show him walking around the dining area meekly with his shoulders slumped. It wasn't until he sat down and started telling Panda/the camera about the history of the place that you could see and hear a noticeable change in his demeanor. Phil loves food. If Phil could swap places with that Joey Eats World guy or Daym Drops, he would in a (congested artery) heartbeat. He likes to think he's some refined-palate gourmand, but in reality he just likes eating food. If he can call the shit that Khet nukes in the microwave "custom home made gourmet one of a kind delicious hand crafted" meals, then we know that he could make a shit-ton of "tries it" vids just based on the value menu of ANY fast food joint. And he'd be happier for doing it.

Unfortunately, he's too fucking stupid and stubborn to even record silly videos of him eating stuff to toss onto his archive account, even though they'd get more views than his regular gameplay shtreem archives.

I discovered Phil from the Cup Noodles video and those were easily the funniest Phil khantent. Now it's just frustration and schadenfreude. I lost touch with DSP world for a while so when did he stop doing those? Once he moved? When Panda dipped?

No, he still did them until Kat arrived.

If you search the term "DSP Tries It" in pigpiggo you can see him hyping up new episodes until April or May of 2018, where he says the show is now retired. Kat moved in February 2018. One of his last episodes was eating fast food sandwiches and saying has to eat two because he is unable to cook until his new girlfriend shows up.

Also, he put up a sub goal (I think his first one), where he would do a DSP Tries It with good old Katherine, if it was met. I'd bet my firstborn that he never asked her beforehand. Before Katherine moved in, DarksydePhillip had that little phase, where he would hype her up and potentially whore her out to his speds.

Sadly, the goal wasn't met, so it never came to be. Probably wouldn't have happened in either case.

I just checked out her streams / youtube stuff again I'm 5 mins in and she's already more engaging and entertaining than Phil.

Admittedly, that's not a very high bar and sure she seems a bit awkward at times but at least she isn't streaming like some thot with 90% cleavage 10% game.

She even actually has opinions and has done research on the game unlike Phil I think she has a lot more potential at the streaming and youtube thing than her husband does.

What's odd to me is she kept all that shit active. Didn't delete her YT channel, her twitch channel, her twitter or her instagram.
