I think that may be the case. Here is what is going to happen one of the smaller livestream drama detractors is going to beg and plead for her to be on their show, it will be hyped up by a small group of detractors who think she is going to drop some hot lore on Katherine. Then she will either back out or cease to exist completely. What would be hilarious is if someone sent her 50 bucks through paypal in exchange for weed money and she just dips.

Even if this is the real person and it's not an escort situation, it's tough to say how much of what she says is 100% factual. Aside from the weird conspiracies she thinks are fact, there's always the chance that Kat wouldn't want to associate with a sister who posted like she was associated with some weird assed Appalachian gangs, the bloods, is escorting, is convinced that any random celebrity you've heard of (and also have never heard of so on the expose meme they have to put their occupation in parentheses) is a pedophile puppet master and then Ms. Brazy interprets this as Phil locking her in the basement and not letting her interact with family.
 
If this is real and Kat is a sped, it would explain so much.
