I knew Jenna when she was Jenna Barnier! I know her brothers and her adoptive family. They are normal, she is not.

I think you're running with your own narrative on this one. We don't even know who the supposed cat sitter is, let alone that they were doing it solely because it's the right thing to do for their friend Kat. Maybe this is just me, but it also feels like you're either putting a lot more stock into feeding a cat than I would, or you're turning it into a house sitting situation, which is much different then just checking in to feed a cat.

I'm not trying to imply that we know for certain that Kat has no friends. I'm just saying we don't know nearly enough about Kat's social life to make any kind of definitive statement. Even what we do know comes from a pretty tainted source, aka Phil. There are a few small things where I don't think Phil is lying about Kat, but those are all relatively insignificant details, like what games she plays, the fact she likes Taco Bell, that she apparently cooks too many potatoes etc. Anything else might be true, or at least slightly based on the truth, but is otherwise exaggerated. We know Kat works, but we also know Phil was (and still is?) lying about how often she works.

I should also add I don't buy that Kat is 100% isolated and treated as Phil's prisoner either. I also don't buy that Kat is this domineering figure who runs their relationship. I wish either of those were the case because it would make Kat even remotely interesting. I think she's just incredibly bland and boring so people run with these theories to try and make her interesting. And sometimes pregnant. I mean, we've technically been at the point where we haven't even been able to confirm she exists at all for months now. Speculating/theory crafting is fine and pretty common when it comes to Phil/his gout circle, but without more substantial proof, I don't think it should be treated as fact.

Nah I'm putting the amount of stock into feeding a cat that those two goofs would. They don't even let that cat outside for fear of killer squirrels, and DSP refers to him as his son. They lock him in their bedroom at night so he doesn't run around the house. They quite literally treat him like a human child. I think the mistake you're making is treating DSP and Kat like they're just normal people who do things like normal people do. Let's not forget at that point he was lying about the cat's existence to protect his family from trolls.

About the "right thing to do" part, sure good point they could have paid Kat's friend to do it, so money could have been their incentive.

Fair, all I'm trying to do is push back against a lot of pretty definitive claims around here that she's some isolated hermit-wife with no social life whatsoever, and I think that the things I've listed out many times around here at the very least cast big doubt on such claims. As always we really only have the guy's word to go on, but that goes both ways here.

I also don't think she's domineering, but I definitely don't think DSP is. Not because I think he's a good husband, I just think he's a gigantic pussy.

I shared this a few pages back, but as of April 2020, Kat is still with him and I think it's fair to say that she's still at the Goutfort. Unless she found someone else, then I don't see her up and moving during a pandemic with whatever work hours she has as well as with her meager salary. I also believe that if she was gone, then so would Jasper and we saw him about 2 weeks ago during the first twitch ban.

With Kat's birthday being next month, we can expect the Pig to take some days off to celebrate with her and potentially sharing whatever it is they did on his twitter :optimistic:

Those sites like Spokeo, Verified whatever are filled with inaccuracies and shouldn't be taken as fact tbh, especially with the current address of a grifter like Katherine. I think she's still probably there also, but we really have no idea.
