Yeah, if it's an assertion he's attempting to make, not a gripe he's unwisely letting slip out, he's more than likely full of shit. Phil has very little control over the way his emotions make him reveal things he shouldn't. Just look at what happened when SH fucked with him. We found out he was definitely lying about both the Discord and why he can't show his phone, because he was pissed and using even less of his brain than usual.
