Phil talked about Kat having a new schedule today and how she works days (wasnt she already?) and now he doesn't know what his day off to get groceries will be because she might not have a weekday off (he also said she might not have a weekend day off which was ??? she's not working seven days a week she'll have days off someplace, Phil).

It's not 100%, but the overwhelming evidence suggests that she was working Friday-Sunday night shifts. So unless she's going to full time or shorter shifts, this makes no sense. Fuck's sake, Phil could drop her off and then do the shopping with her after her shift if he absolutely insists on being there.

How is this possible when according to Phil she was already "working her butt off" 6 days a week and this was the reasoning given multiple times for why he takes Tuesday off, because Phil said that was her only day off per week so even if he took time off from streaming he still wouldn't be able to spend any of it with Kathy. Is she now working 60 to 70 hours per week doing 10 to 12 hour shifts?

This is where Phil gets in trouble with his lies. He gets comfortable. He forgets that he never retconned this. He reads Kiwi Farms so much that he got comfortable in his head with the idea that everyone knows his wife's work schedule is Friday, Saturday, Sunday night for a total of 10 to 20 hours of work per week. He has never admitted this and forgets the reason everyone knows this is from his bankruptcy filing and autistically tracking his 'Jasper Availability' statements.

It's funny when he forgets his own cult's DSP Approved Dogma. So which is it Phil? Were you lying for 3 years about how much your wife was working, or has her job somehow now approved paying her 20 to 30 hours of overtime pay every single week because she refused to work the night shift with all the dirty criminal drug addicts?

According to his bankruptcy filing she was working 20 hours per week, so about 6½ hours 3 days a week, although recently Phil said her hours got cut so she was coming home earlier. She's either back to working 20 hours a week from this change, maybe at 24/week if she is actually doing 3 8 hour shifts now. She works at a fucking grocery store, if she had ever wanted to work more than 3 shifts per week she could have easily swung that sometime within the last 3 fucking years. We'll have to wait and see how many Day streams Jasper is suddenly available for and what Phil's autistic dinner reports show her new schedule to be.

Except Phil also complained that her hours were cut a few months ago - my guess is that Kat's hours were cut, either because demand for clothing tanked during COVID and she was too junior to have any real protection or because she's in more trouble there than Phil let on: Phil admits that she feels underappreciated and dislikes the people she deals with; managers have a ton of discretion in assigning hours and won't give preferential treatment to a pariah.

At the very least, I think we can trust what was listed on the bankruptcy stuff, while he told plenty of lies, I can't think of what benefit there'd be to lie about that. But even that information is dated, given Covid craziness in terms of shifting schedules. The complaint about hours being cut at one point was probably true, but Phil is so prone to exaggeration, it's hard to tell if it was a permanent change or just something like Kat was going home an hour early. He also treats any schedule change like a huge deal, as seen by his recent prestreams, so that makes him even more unreliable.

I think, like with the cut hours, the new hours is probably based on a real change, but the actual significance is greatly exaggerated by Phil. If I had to guess, it's just something like she got an extra shift. Maybe slightly different hours, but she's still nowhere close to having a full time job.

I've never seen any other wife watch her husband struggle with "bills" and go through bankruptcy, yet refuse to contribute to the family expenses even with a job.

The only other times I've seen wives not work in this situation is when the daycare costs are more than the potential income (which does happen.) But no Jasper does not count as a baby.
