Phil thinks that Kat's past, how he met her, and the early parts of their relationship have nothing to do with the present. This is deflection because the events of the past are still a reflection of Phil's character and morals, especially when they are so recent compared to other things Phil tries to brush off as irrelevant because they are far in the past.

The story of Phil and Kat's past also shines an interesting light onto the character of Katherine herself.

DSP again says that the trolls are completely making everything about Kat up. Things like "Phil stole his wife from her ex"...this statement gets the debunk-stream response "No, that never happened" ("How the fuck do you know what the hell was going on in her life at that time? You don't know anything and that is not the case at all")

Once again, we have receipts, court documents from Kat's early life, we have more Kat lore from subaruman, we have some facts to back our theories up. There is surely speculation and theo-theories but it's not this complete guessing game that Phil is trying to make you think it is. This is just classic gaslighting from the "ministry of truth" Phil Burnell.

We've been taught that buying shit is more important than saving. It's more than that though. The cost of living has gone up 80% over the past 50 years while real wages have gone up 8%, so a majority of Americans have less than a month's worth of savings (look it up). You end up in debt from student loans and just think it's the norm. The federal debt is $28 trillion so even the government only runs on borrowed money.

Knowing what we know today, it's a good guess that Phil did read the farms even back then. Maybe not that often but still.
Tevin did a short interview with subaruman where sb just said that she is a homewrecker and "weird".
The farms dug out Kets demonic past.
Phil as his typical egocentric self did not care one bit abt Kats lifestory and had no idea what was going on when some trolltipper mentioned something abt "demonic possesion" [could be a question abt a film for Kat or smth - can't quite recall] and our boi Phil just blurted it out to her. The reaction was instant - her face turned to stone and all will to be part of the stream was gone. What i assume happend next was that Kat got pissed bc the farms dug out her past and bc Phil was a moron for throwing that juicy tidbit in her face. She told little Phil off and stormed out the door [maybe Leanna flashbacks?]. Phil then got on the farms and read all the threads NOT about him and realized what just had transpired. Having his stream disrupted [my fight money!], his wife out the house and out of his streams for good we arrive at this point where the clip starts.

Only reason he was fuming was because he realized he couldn't pimp his waife on stream to make money. He would be selling pics of her feet if she allowed him to, but thankfully Khet has some semblance of self esteem and pride (not much tho) and told him to fuck off.
