Not watching the video - how plausible are the events? I can already tell the 'life is in danger' is bullshit, and if he actually was arrested then that's not SWATting, that's being ratted out. But I'm inclined to think it's largely bullshit because of who he is and how he's handled it.

Police don't need an active phone number to audit a cell phone, so he could have transferred the number to a new phone and reactivated 2FA.
Unless he posts the warrant docs, I call bull shit. This sounds like the start of a legal case against him that he is preemptively trying to label as transphobic. Also all the talk of Identity theft sounds like an excuse for why things that are provable happened.
Also why would you leave your onky copy of a thesis on the local drive of a computer. Fucking perfect.
Also why move? This would be a slam duck case, especially in Canada. Millions in damages.

I refuse to believe Lucas was swatted. Canadians are meant to be too polite, especially their police. If anything they politely knocked on the door and asked to have a chat down the station if he had a warrant. Especially not when you're more upset about being called Roberts over Sorrenti than you are supposedly having a gun pointed in your face.

I'm not watching that shit either but if he was arrested this wasn't a swatting. I don't know about Canada but I think it takes more than a rando prank call to get a search warrant signed by a judge. Did he say what charge he was arrested for?
Hasn't he mentioned owning a gun before or did I imagine that? Canada is pretty strict about that especially for people with brain damage.
