I'm not a medfag, but her big toe is dying (in necrosis?), isn't it? So sooner or later they have to amputate it in order to avoid sepsis or whatever?
I knew it was a mistake to look into Kelly's thread before eating anything.

She still paints her toenails despite the fact her toes look like cooked sausages ready to burst. Maybe it’s a decorative send-off since clearly they’re not going to be around much longer.

Not a medfag, but the end of that toe looks like dry gangrene, AKA totally dead tissue. Ever seen a picture of Beck Weathers' nose after they pulled him off Mt Everest? Yeah, guess who lost his nose.
The rest of the toe down to the joint is purple enough that it looks like the blood supply is permanently compromised. They'd take the whole toe off a normal patient, but maybe they'll only snip off the end and let Kelly pick away at the rest.
Both her ankles and feet are very swollen; her lymph and circulatory system is also headed the way of the dinosaurs. The pressure sore on her heel doesn't look worse, surprisingly.
As for the big hole all the way through her leg: that was metal. Mental, and metal.
She should stick a barbell through it and have the world's most hardcore piercing.

It's fascinating. I'm just going to say it. I've watched the whole video a few times and man. That toe is oozy and needs to go.
It's a video of her legs.
The video starts with her showing off the wound from the right side. The bone appears to be totally black and places have 360 degrees of air exposure. You can see how uneven the bone is. Looks like a burnt tree branch sticking out of yellow-green goo. When she waves her hand on the opposite side, you can see thru it.
The opposite side looks like a really unfortunate geode with yellows, peaches, and reds. It's cavernous. She does her hand trick again.
Her feet have both dropped and are very swollen, I'm not sure if it's backed up fluid or because of poor circulation return. They don't look particularly wet.

I dunno, a guy pierced his Achilles tendons. I think a piercing needs at least a chance of healing to count.

I don't think she'll make it to amputation before heart failure.

Quoting to repost her previous leg video. I didn't catch it the first time I watched it when it was posted first but she specifically says she's scared she could break a bone and not even notice it. A few weeks later she posted about breaking her toe and not feeling it. Also her legs look much more swollen in the latest video and looks like all the rotten bits visible in the December video have been removed except for what looks like rotten bone and that's why we can see through her legs now.

Because this is her life's work. Michelangelo probably enjoyed showing off his painting of the Sistine Chapel. Well, Kelly's gone from pathetic fake ballerina to the Picking Queen of Munchies.
I couldn't think of terms to describe the bone, but you're right. It looks like someone extinguished a tree fire and one of the branches was only partially burned. Apparently she uses a metal instrument of some kind to scrape that bone (search the thread for leaked messages from one of her doctors).
On a normal patient, the toe would already be amputated. They'd probably do both of the paralyzed, useless feet too. But the doctors can't because they know Kelly will pick the amputation site(s) to death, plus she's allegedly refusing to let them cut anything off.

The human body really is amazing in the most horrifying and fucked up of ways. From Lich Queen Ashley to the All Holey Kelly, the sheer caloric content of hatred and spite seasoned with asspats and attention is enough to keep them going. Any "normal" mentally ill person would have given up and died by now, but oh no, never Kelly — so long as her moldy beef jerky legs remain a spectacle to delight and horrify the masses, I think she will go to whatever lengths she has to in order to avoid amputation. If she were actually suffering and wanted to save her legs so bad, why would she upload videos like this?

It’s going to bad sad when they finally cut them off. Picking the amputation site is just going to quickly kill her and I don’t think she has the gumption to do it to one of her arms.

Went through highlights to get up to speed, watched every spoiler I could (on mute, to lessen the nausea) and my 2 cents are that even if she somehow gets the amputation and gets the no-pick mitts while it heals, she's gonna get caught with thigh jerky between her teeth. She'd find a way to scrape back the bandages and flesh with the edge of a cone of shame if they strapped one onto her after that. She's determined to be a medical spectacle, and with her degree of munch, that means she's determined to kill herself.

Eh, maggots are actually helpful at stripping away dead tissue. They're actually still used for that purpose in some places today.
