The image really sums it up honestly. You can see Kevin's soulless glare gaze ominously at pyramid head's autistic cousin for validation. This really is the peak for Kevin. Its now a long road down from this great height, which has been building up for many months. I doubt Kevin will survive much longer, once he gets off his current high and a few days pass I believe everything will become clear to him. And once he realises what awaits him in the future he will be the first person on the ranch to kill themselves.

It's well known (possibly?) that if your erection after taking Viagra doesn't go down in 4 hours you must seem IMMEDIATE medical attention. The Boondocks, for example, referenced this in an early season. Beyond that I've heard the four hour rule used as a joke in situations where Viagra wasn't even remotely involved. It's a dumb goober joke at best.

However I'm like everyone else: I would bet my soul that delta dick needed to pop one to get it up for the task at hand.
