The Mumkey tape leaked and now a shitload of newfags are clogging discussion.
Worst part is a lot of em are just asking for the sex tape or posting it as if they're the first ones to leak it, and with the thread being 200+ pages long and not knowing the terms to use for the search function, who can blame them?

I propose an expandable box that would be pinned to the top of every page of long/super busy threads that have links to important stuff.
OP should be able to maintain it, in addition to moderators.

Would also be nice for people to lazy to jump back to op every time they want to see where everything is if it even is indexed there.

1. Because they're likely being linked directly to Mumkey's thread and bypassing the FP.
2. It'll benefit other threads that don't have stuff.

3. Eventually Null will remove Mumkey's sex tape from the box on the FP.
 
If I recall correctly there are already plans for something that would serve the same purpose as this but better. Sadly, reality is that we need to donate more so Null can work on the site again to put those ideas into practice, otherwise we can suggest all the cool things but nothing happens.

Comic sans happened to be the font I had open in MS paint.
