I will begin by asserting the allegedly dystopian version of the UK in "A Clockwork Orange" to be vastly superior and more attractive to a potential visitor than the current real life iteration by one or two orders of magnitude.
Honorable Mention, as it is really only relatively much better when compared to other dystopias, is "The Matrix" (1999), since the machines have at least given the humans a fairly normal facsimile of life and at most a mental playground where anything is possible. They could have just as easily made their dream lives an absolute living Hell or just given them nothing at all, it's not like the humans would have had any say in the matter lol. While inside of the matrix you could, theoretically via intense meditation or drugs or something, stumble upon the ability to do all of the cool shit the humans do in the first movie without also possessing knowledge of the irrefutable evidence of artificiality that they did. Then you could live out the remainder of your dreaming battery life as something like a superhero in the most realistic MMO ever or w/e
What are some other "dystopias" that are actually better than the society we have arrived at?
