all the nations below follow article 10 on the European convention on human rights. This means they'll claim you have rights, and freedom of the speech and press but can still jail you for it anyways:
  • Albania
  • Andorra
  • Armenia
  • Austria
  • Azerbaijan
  • Belgium
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Bulgaria
  • Croatia
  • Cyprus
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
  • Estonia
  • Finland
  • France
  • Georgia
  • Germany
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Iceland
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Latvia
  • Liechtenstein
  • Lithuania
  • Luxembourg
  • Malta
  • Moldova
  • Monaco
  • Montenegro
  • Netherlands
  • North Macedonia
  • Norway
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Romania
  • San Marino
  • Serbia
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • Turkey
  • Ukraine
  • United Kingdom
so if you want to visit Europe (god knows why you would) you can avoid these places or at least know to keep your mouth shut lest you be whisked away and given a 10 year prison sentence for calling a rapist a pig.
anyways, I recommend invading and vasalizing these European states and establishing American style constitutionalism :^)
yknow cuz i'm so important and can totally make that happen from kiwifarms.

They already are American Vassals in all but name, and have been since the end of WW2. That was the entire point of the US committing to the Marshall plan and creating NATO.

I get out all my n-words and Roman salutes before leaving american airspace for just this reason. Though it's always dangerous, you never know when the urge might strike you.

Just gonna drop this here. Legality of Holocaust denial and it may even be a bit out of date as some other countries like the Netherlands may need to be added. You don't have to deny it to think this is ridiculous.

US too; that is, if you want to keep your jobs/bank accounts and not be assaulted by nigger animals

Sure the cops won't arrest you, but they won't keep you safe either, which is just as bad

I’m a bit surprised you left Canada out of there

Same with Australia and New Zealand, with how extremely strict their COVID restrictions were.

East Asian countries also speech restrictions too. China and North Korea are very self-explanatory, and both Japan and South Korea (I think) have laws that punishes people that speak out against things like companies making a defective product by calling that act "defamation".

Do you have any sources for this, or are you just guessing?

In some of those countries you can publicly shout out the n-word, and no one will care. It will happen no more than if you just say that in the USA, in fact they'll probably eat you alive in there as opposed to a bunch of places in your list.

An american talking about shit they don't know about, what a surprise.

A couple of years ago I had a classmate that would refer to black people in a way that would sound crude & insulting, and no one would give a damn, in the middle of the class, the thing is, it wasn't actually racist because in other places they are not so obsessed over race like you are.

I had teachers (back when I was in one of those countries) say "nigga" (in English) with a wide smile on his face, and it wasn't racist, and there was a black student present, and guess what? Nothing happened and no one got offended.

And this is far less "justified" than calling a rapist a pig, like in your example.

you have to list every country if you dont filter yourself

Every single country in the world's got more restrictive speech laws in general than the USA. There's a reason why Null chose to incorporate Lolcow LLC here and nowhere else.

Can you speak your mind in the US and call for a boycott on Israel?

Or would that give you legal difficulty?
