For what it's worth, I think that was a decent question that just could have been worded better. If I remember correctly, when the whole fundraising started, people kept audibly asking for transparency from Null in both the specifics of the terms used (legalese that allowed him to be more flexible with the money), and the money spent. I think Null had humored the former, but declined to be direct on the latter (so it wouldn't be used against us, if memory serves)
