Lucas Kazuo Periera or Ec-707 is a 25 year old Brazillian guy obsessed with international cartoons that aren't mainstream and jealous of mainstream cartoons for receiving too much attention. However , it isn't just like he thinks foreign cartoons are underrated and people should check them out. He's has a grudge against things like Gravity Falls for having too much fanart and at the same time begging people to upload episodes of things he likes.

Some of the things he does:
  • Draws porn of underaged characters from his favorite shows.
  • Draws hate art of cartoons that he thinks have too much fanart
  • Going all over the internet begging people to upload his favorite shows
  • Making requests to draw art of his favorite shows
  • Getting banned from various places for spamming his requests
  • Drawing hate art of various places he gets banned
  • Lashing out against people for not uploading episodes of those shows

Has this man ever considered that the reason popular cartoons get a lots of fanart because they are popular and can actually inspire others to draw art of said cartoons, unlike what the cartoons he watches can do.

I wonder what he thinks of The Miraculous Ladybug, considering it is foreign yet highly popular in the States.

I had to end this discussion just for the fucking sake of his fans.

The reason why he draws porn of underage characters is because they reached the age of consent and also there is a trend of porn of underage characters (Note: It is not only him to draw these arts. I've seen other users did the same thing, take kaoz000, a Mexican guy, for example, he uploaded this art of an underage cartoon character). There are people who did not like international cartoons that aren't mainstream. The "hate art" you are talking about are based on his opinions, I seen a lot of people draw hate art on Johnny Test (like EC-707's, that is just their opinion). He wasn't "lashing out" of users, he just criticizing them for not doing anything for episodes to be uploaded for the fans of his favourite shows. I had to disagree with Blueneonkid, he is still very respected by the community (not just Deviantart) because some of the users hate some of the shows that he doesn't like and his good quality art. He wasn't begging, he just ask anyone if there any episodes of his favourite show because it not only him that likes these shows but other people too. The true reason why this discussion was created is because we are worried and concerned about him. About the banned part, his ban was actually his suspension (which lifted a few months ago). Remember Rule 34, it is not censored nor against the law, it is free speech. As for the "Autisium Brazilian" mix, he fully Brazilian, not mixed.
